I like the timely matter. They get things scheduled for my repair.
I have had a generally overall good experience with American Home Shield. Their customer service when I have had issues has been positive and responded well. I have had good experience with their contractors with the exception of one. It took a multiple visits and contractors to fix one of my issues. In the end they got it done though. I do feel their monthly cost is getting a little high though, especially when there is the service fee attached.
AHS doesn't try to get out of paying for repairs or replacement like another company I tried.
They always solve your problems no matter how small it is and also they’re always friendly.

Overall very happy with the service they provide. Not very happy with significant increase in monthly premiums in the last year or so .
I have had a really good experience with American Home Shield. The only part I don't like is there really is no such thing as emergency service. I wish you could get same day emergency service. I have found it takes days for service.

Great service, quick access to technicians. I have been assigned some non certified companies for the appliances that needed service. They took much longer than expected to diagnose and source the correct parts.
