I have been with American Home Shields for 9 years. However, I am seeing where some of the people that is being sent out say that there are alot services that can't be provided. I believe it is due to customer fault however you are forgetting that homes do age.

We had 2 issues at the same time. Garbage disposal and washer. And both were handled in a timely and professional manner. Couldn’t be happier.

The project was not completely covered and no detail or explanation was given without my prodding AHS and the plumber. Also, the work was not been inspected yet.
