Customer service great from beginning to end of claim.
All of the techs to service our air conditioner were punctual, friendly, informative, honest, and very knowledgeable. We are very happy.
The tech was awesome
My appliance broke down & I have been a AHS customer for about 30 years. I made my appt with Dutch Boys thay where great,knowledgeable, polite,courteous. The appliance could not be repaired so AHS offered me a settlement amount to purchase a new one . We agreed on settlement amout and I choose to accept the offered amount. The check was delivered to my bank account in 3 days. Was very happy with outcome.
I had an appointment and my appliances fixed all within the same week by hales they were amazing and so is AHS for getting such a great company to work with them in my area..
