Plumber came out and had the disposal changed out in 20 min - very professional and fast!
Repair personnel arrived on time was very courteous. They explained the job in detail. They asked me if I had any questions very polite and and courteous. They explained what they did after the job was finished. Their cleanup was very good.. I highly recommend them for any repair you may have.
The tech showed up early and diagnosed the problem. I got a call from the repair office saying the part is in and I am waiting for them to come back this morning and complete the repair.
I have been a customer for serval years, and my service has been handled in a timely manner.

AHS has been a good plan. The only downfall is the service fee is higher than the monthly plan and the services have taken less than 30mins, the 2 times we have used it. But on the other hand it could be more. The plan is good to have, just in case. I will see if I decide to keep after this year.
