AHS sent a company to repair covered items in a timely manner. They should keep this company. Our previous experience with previous repair company was a disaster.

I when I bought my house, the contract provided me a 1-year American Home Shield warranty on the appliances. I was pleased with them then, and I continue to be pleased with their service.

While the contractors I have recently used have done a good job the wait time between requesting service and having the work done is unacceptable. In my last 2 work requests I have waited 7-10 days to have work completed.
