Setting up the service request ticket was easy. Response time was quick. I got the service co that installed my new system.
My stove was old and needed repairs but the parts needed to repair my stove were not available anymore. AHS sent me a check for a new stove within a week. I am a very happy customer.
American Home Shield promptly sent a dispatch to have our refrigerator repaired. The service tech came and fixed the problem. Our expectations were exceeded!
The service provider was great. We hand one glitch but it was immediately taken care of.

My refrigerator went out the night of the 6th. I contacted American home warranty morning of the 7th told him what was going on and it still broken it isn't working I'm living out of coolers which is a pain they sent one gentleman out from ark it was very pleasant told me they couldn't serve as what was needed which was either the compressor or a new unit. And they turn the work order over to first choice home warranty or home repairs and the gentleman stopped by today was very pleasant checked it all out started it up again... read more
