I like the plan, just not the service call being extra .
Home shield warranty is very affordable firstly reliable and a great customer service
The service technician was very helpful and informative.
Service was prompt and the service rep. was very professional. He even had an APP on his phone that translated his native tongue to English so I would be sure to understand what he did for the repair. Very nice feature!

Problem is not solved. Shower is still leaking. Another service payment will need to be paid for the same service repair.
I don't think I should pay more than I'm already paying on the monthly basis when something breaks down you all need to pay not the customer more than he's already paying and I mean on a monthly basis and the service fee that's all the customer should pay!
