American home shield was fast and got my faucet sink fixed asap and everytime I call I'm happy with results
I have had American Homeshield before and had great service and support. It was the same this time. I was able to schedule online at my convenience and was contacted by the repairman. All issues were resolved.
The technicians were professional and personable. Our questions were answered and they worked efficiently and quickly.
I was initially upset about American Home Sheild because it took 4 companies(and 2 months) of coming to my home to "repair" my washer. The first 3 companies didn't even do anything, which delayed the process even longer. The 4th company at least tried to repair my washer. Once it was determined to be non-repairable, the process was easy. AHS contacted me via email with choices of either getting a payout or ordering a new washer from them.
