I couldn't be happier. My fridge died, they came out quickly and determined it couldn't be repaired. Within 48 hours they had approved a payout since they didn't have a comparable replacement in inventory. The payout hit my account with 48 hours. Thank you! Previously I had a contract with Choice Home Warranty and it was a nightmare. They only payout wholesale cost with a Lowe's gift card and it took 30 days to receive the gift card. Horrible service.
The process is easy and I was kept updated on each step. Resolution was fair.
This rating is because I was forced to pay two deductibles because the representative did not tell me about placing all my issues on one claim.
