I like the fact that I call AHS and they assign a vendor. The service charge is okay. Sometimes there is miscommunication problems between AHS and the vendor and this can hold up the ordering of parts or the approval of repair.
Convenience of knowing any repair or replacement will be done in a timely matter

I was very happy with the entire transaction. American Home Shield contacted the company to look at my central heating unit and they came out the next day and found out that it was my blower. He had to wait until the next day to get a part to replace with the newer blower, but arrived on time and had it repaired with no problem. The technician was friendly and professional and really did a good job.
American Home Shield is always quick to answer my call and seems to get me a contracted out very quickly! Also I am always pleased with who shows up
I have had (AHS) for approximately 3 years now. I have had excellent service on my last calls to their service department. They are very professional and easy to talk with. They get you help as quickly as possible, which I appreciate. Thank you (AHS).
