My experience with AHS was so great! Every time I have dealt with them I always get wonderful results and this time was no different. I had to deal with a terrible illness in my family during the process and they were very understanding. It meant so much to me. I highly recommend American Home Shield to everyone. Very professional
It was great! You sent Mike Aldermen and Sons Plumbing out to my house. He is fantastic. He replaced my leaking faucet with new beautiful faucet. No leaking! Plus he cleaned up after himself, and he was very courteous. I would love to have him as my go to plumer.

I spoke with a representative named "Queen" who did a great job. Prior I spoke with several representatives who were unable to assist. Queen's approach was one that researched the issue and followed up with a phone call with the answer. I appreciated that.
