I was very disappointed with my technician that was assigned to me. He was not a great communicator. Ahs replaced my item in a timely manner.
Everytime I needed to use my AHS, they always provide me with service extremely fast
Quick and efficient. Haven't had any issues with communication between them or the vendors they assign.
Last repair they provide me with an excellent company.
We have had 2 issues , furnace and air conditioning the Townsend heating and air conditioning company were dispatched to our home and solved each issue. They were very professional and knowledgeable and did an excellent and timely job.
The monthly prices have increased significantly in the past two years.
I am happy with the technicians who AHS has sent to me in the past, however, I am shocked at the large increase in my premium. I have been a member for a long time and have always made my payments on time. Isn't there a discount for loyalty and what about a senior citizen discount which would be very helpful. Also I have friends who have AHS coverage the same as mine but there premium is less as well as their deductible which I have never understood.
Communication is sometimes difficult. The 30 30 work guarantee is unrealistic.
Repairs can take a very long time. We have had two claims and each took several months to resolve ... one of them left us without a functioning oven for a couple months. During the long resolution process, communication was poor-to-non-existent. There is no commitment on the part of American Home Shield to resolve issues within a reasonable, specific amount of time.
