AHS has not helped in resolving my issue. The company is not getting back to me and the repairs still need to be made.
I have been a customer for almost 20 years. We love AHS!
I liked that they find a contractor. What I do not like are the exclusions and the contractor wislity
AHS lacks in communication and not fair in claim reimbursement. AHS cask-in-lieu is unfair and does not come close to reasonable market costs. I always have to pay more for any service I have done.
Too limited on coverage. Example, only paying $5.00 for a liter/ pound of freon when the charge is over $85.00
Overall AHS had been a great help to us in our time of need. There are some things that could probably be improved. For example we called regarding our A/C being out. The company AHS use to care for their service calls was closed. (It was after hours) It’s the middle of the summer here in Texas. We would have had to wait until the next day to even be scheduled. We ended up using a company that would come out that evening but had to paid full price. :-(
I got excellent and prompt response and service for my air-conditioning
I hate that the monthly fee has consistently gone up
