From the first call, to the service tech being dispatched, to the final repair, only 2 weeks had lapsed. They contract a company down here in Naples Florida called Gulf Star Service. The technician’s name was Matt. He was polite, respectful, and prompt. Three things I cannot put a dollar sign on, also their office manager was really nice, I believe his name was Sean. Professional and courteous
put in service request for dishwasher break down. The appliance folks came out in about a week and returned in about another 10 days with the part.
I purchased the tune up for my AC. The company that was sent stated I needed 2-4 or more lbs of free-on. I said that my AC was last serviced last summer and that it must have a leak that needs to be fixed first. They said that free-on must be added first. I called American Home Shield with my concern and they sent a different company to check my AC. The second company said my free on levels were perfect. Home Shield reimbursed me for the AC tune up amount.
Fast efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I worked from home that day and they didn't interrupt me.
