Been very pleased. The only negative is the delay getting approved and waiting on the part to arrive.
I've had a couple of issues with my heater and AC, but thankfully, both problems were resolved! I'm very happy with the service I received!
Nothing the man was very professional tell me what you need it I went and got it he cleaned his messed up put everything back together and it worked
Everything has gone very well. Great service, response, and communication.
Phone communication was fine and accomodating but I felt the decision making and repair analysis time was a little slow. Still the issue was taken care of eventually.
Nice to have coverage on large appliances but sometimes difficult to get a reliable company to compete the work. Sometimes it takes multiple service calls before an item is repaired.
I am very pleased with everything about American Home Shield. I changed over to them about 3 years ago because I was unhappy with my former company that I had had since I bought my house in 1993. AHS makes everything easy and every Pro they have sent I have been extremely happy with. I have had to call them about my washer, my dryer and just recently, the drain in my bathroom sink was clogged at a point that my boyfriend was not able to get to it. I’m giving them a five star because my first experience as far as the company is concerned was good with the service for Plumbing. I needed to speak to someone when I called in because I didn’t understand the process and once I spoke to a live person they explained it and Then a plumber was assigned and then the job was done within 36 hours.
