While the issue was fixed, going from contractor to contractor took too long. One contractor should be used that can repair everything not have limitations. I had to live out of a nice chest in summertime for almost 4 weeks or more.
Just wish they would listen when we tell them about vendors that are trying to make money off the customers and not fixing the problem. Spent a lot of money on air conditioner. Breaks down every month during the summer
I am a widow and I've been a AHS customer since 2018. Having the assurance that I am protected in emergencies cost money, but having peace of mind, priceless. It allows me not being preoccupied when something breaks and the burden of trying to find the right handy man for the job.
Like the friendly service, but the time it takes to get problem solved is too long. Being without air conditioner for 3 weeks in July was devastating.
The ease of getting a service request done has been one of the best aspects. The piece of mind of having the coverage is invaluable. Very happy with AHS.
They do the guesswork of finding a contractor in a very timely manner.
While AHS has save me thousands in repairs to my hvac system, I'd have liked my hvac replaced with a new one.
I would say I never had a problem with the services, the company”s that came out did the job!! No complaints!
I don't like that my monthly rate keeps increasing.
