American home shield did a great job of calling me after I closed on my home and educated me and walked me through downloading and setting up my application and login information so it was extremely easy to make a request when I did have an issue come up in the home And it was super easy to have the repair scheduled and they had a complete completed within a few days once the vendor contacted me

When when I called in for my service order, I was very quickly taken care of within 48 hours. I had an appointment with the repair company and then 48 hours after that I had my new hot water heater.
