After going to 5 stores looking for my Christmas tree to replace my old one, I finally found it. For the price, the size, and the quality, I knew as soon as I saw it that it was the winner I can't believe how many they have to choose from. It's a forest of pre-lit artificial trees. Tony is such an incredible individual he immediately came up to us and greeted us such as the cashier walking in as well, service was great if I'd have to rate it, I'd give them a 10/10. They have a huge selection of jacuzzis, pools, trampolines, you name it. All for a very good value with financing available!
Lance at Naperville American Sales was fantastic! He answered every question, he showed us all the possible options and the cost of all the pools we were looking at. He was so professional and didn't rush us or pressure us at all. Great salesman.
Came in searching for a new spa during their a Memorial Day sale. Scott greeted us at the door and was super knowledgeable. We we able to order exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend.

Lance was very helpful with our hot tub purchase. Patient, flexible, and not pushy at all. He made us feel comfortable with our decisions. Such a nice guy! He is the reason we would go back to American Sales for future needs.
Tony was super helpful and friendly. He spent time helping me figure out replacement parts for my pool pump, and went above and beyond to make sure I understood how to properly take care of our pool. Highly recommended!
