RecommendedI just purchased a Christmas tree with my daughter. Tom assisted us. This is the first Christmas since my husband passed away and I have to write to share about the great care given us by Tom. Thank you so much. I went to the store to shop for additional items for my Christmas Village and found a very helpful salesperson. I only got her first name, Linda. When I had to return something that was broken, Linda was outstanding in her attention and service. I love this place!

I came to this location trying to find the perfect wreath. Tony P was so nice and kind greeted us as we walked in and took us to find a wreath. By far one of the nicest people we have spoken with at American Sale! We left there with such a pretty wreath unfortunately when we got home it didn’t work. I called the location and asked for Tony P again he was kind enough to help me find one that worked. He apologized and got everything taken care of for me. He made the whole process of exchanging easy.

We went in yesterday and Jeff Thome patiently walked us through a variety of hot tub models and options. He listened to what was important to us, made recommendations, talked through the pros and cons, and didn’t just try to sell us on the most expensive one. In the end, we found a great hot tub and can’t wait until it arrives. Thanks to Jeff for his help!

I highly recommend working with Lance B. at this location. He went above and beyond to help me. He was super friendly, patient, and always followed through on his word. He helped my BF and I with all of the information we needed for my permit and was just all around a great guy. I honestly can’t wait to send him a pic of me in my pool sitting on my float (7/15 install date!) Thank you Lance, I appreciate you!

I definitely recommend!, had a problem where I broke the drain cap off, Nd mr “Jeff Thome” from the pools section went above and beyond with his help, Nd I definitely appreciate that. Helped me fix my pool before my sisters birthday
