My husband and I were shopping for a swing set. We weren't sure what we wanted but our sales associate, Tom, was extremely helpful. He also made the checkout process very smooth. We will be back for patio furniture and hope to work with him again.

Great experience. Lynda was patient with every visit (three) while we determined what to do for outdoor patio furniture. We landed Ebel. She really help us while we changed our wants over the past 20 days. Greatly appreciate the welcoming atmosphere.

The staff is pleasant and the prices are competitive with other pool stores. The carry a large selection of air pool toys and pool parts.

Staff was more than helpful. I worked with Ashley and she answered all of my many questions about patio sets and trampolines. Store was clean and there were many things to choose from.

Every time I go to American Sale in Naperville I ask for Lance. He's friendly, knowledgeable and has great customer service. He gave us great advice when selecting our patio furniture.

We had a great experience with Lance at this location! We purchased the floor model patio set and we are very excited. We were in and out in 20 minutes and they offered free delivery on Wednesday. Very happy.
