We recently ordered a customer made shuffle board table at American Sale Naperville. The price was excellent and while we were quoted 6-8 weeks the table arrived in only 3. Our home isn't ready yet and they are storing for 30 days at n/c before free delivery and set. Also last weekend we were shopping for outdoor furniture. American Sale was our third stop. We had one set we like at Wannemakers but the cushions we wanted were special order so the sale didn't apply and the lead time was 8-10 weeks. Lance from American Sal... read more

I could not say enough about the customer service at American Sale. I bought a Christmas tree stand for a friend before Christmas. I paid in cash and did not have a receipt. It was the wrong size, so I went in yesterday to ask about a refund. The woman at the desk was so helpful. She looked up the tree stand in the computer and stated they would not sell the stand again until October this year. I told her what I had paid and she took my word for it and offered a gift card for the same amount! I will use the gift card to buy ... read more

My husband and I recently bought a trampoline from American Sale. We worked with the store manager Ken Schinke. He was very kind and helpful and made the experience very easy! When the trampoline was delivered, it was pouring down rain. The two gentleman who delivered the trampoline persevered and put it together in the rain. They were both very sweet and professional. Spent months looking at patio furniture. Stopped at American Sale and talked to Ed Berzinski...he was incredibly knowledge, setup 3 different umbrellas for us to look at and even stayed ost his shift to take care of us. Stop by and talk to Ed for an amazing experience.

They have a good Spooky Town Halloween collection, and Christmas decorations. Always enjoy stopping in and know they will have the pool equipment I need, with knowledgeable staff. Seems like there are new faces and all are friendly and helpful.
