Every time I go to American Sale in Naperville I ask for Lance. He's friendly, knowledgeable and has great customer service. He gave us great advice when selecting our patio furniture.

We had a great experience with Lance at this location! We purchased the floor model patio set and we are very excited. We were in and out in 20 minutes and they offered free delivery on Wednesday. Very happy.

My husband and I just had an outstanding experience shopping here while we searched for the perfect outdoor patio set. Mike Sikorski reached out to us after we submitted an email inquiry, and I was blown away by how helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable he was. Not only did he do some research ahead of time to look into different sectionals that could meet our needs, but he ultimately came in on his day off to help us as our schedules were having difficulty matching up. We recently ordered a customer made shuffle board table at American Sale Naperville. The price was excellent and while we were quoted 6-8 weeks the table arrived in only 3. Our home isn't ready yet and they are storing for 30 days at n/c before free delivery and set. Also last weekend we were shopping for outdoor furniture. American Sale was our third stop. I could not say enough about the customer service at American Sale. I bought a Christmas tree stand for a friend before Christmas. I paid in cash and did not have a receipt. It was the wrong size, so I went in yesterday to ask about a refund. The woman at the desk was so helpful. She looked up the tree stand in the computer and stated they would not sell the stand again until October this year.
