I had a warranty problem with a patio umbrella and American Sale was very responsive and assisted me with resolving the matter with the manufacturer. They replaced the umbrella. It was a very satisfactory result.

I had the opportunity to deal with several sales associates as well as with John the manager. John was very professional and helpful. Great Store! I stopped in to purchase a new pump for my pool - had no problem finding someone to help me. Jorge was a great help! The store is large and has a huge selection of merchandise all year long. I purchased an above ground pool from them back in 1999. I always go there to get all my supplies. Not only do they have great customer service but QUALITY merchandise. We bought our pool 14 years ago and still have the same 24 foot round above ground swimming pool with the original filter and pump! I have definitely receive... read more

I had never been in American Sale store until we recently went shopping at the Naperville Location for a hot tub. The staff we encountered in the store and the crew that came to our house to remove the old hot tub and install the new one were friendly, knowledgeble, and very helpful! We love our new hot tub, especially the colored lights in the fountain, head rest pillows and the built in seat. It's very comfortable and has jets going all the way up to your neck are. If you make it early enough in the season, the sheer amount of Christmas decorations to be found here is... unsettling. Customer service here leaves a lot to be desired. But it's not surprising. If I had to work here, I'd be in a terrible mood as well!

We had been shopping for an artificial Christmas tree and found that American Sales had the best selection. The sales person, Kelly Thomas, was extremely knowledgable about the trees. She helped us make our decision and we are very pleased with our selection.

Prices seem a little extreme and to not have a sale on seasonal items isn't right either. All stores have seasonal items on sale before the season ends.
