We worked with Shane Tolbert and he was wonderful. He was very knowledgable about all of the spas and was very easy to work with. We did some comparison shopping at another local place and returned to Shane because of his professionalism and pricing. The Naperville team tracked down a product I needed that is not part of their normal inventory. They contacted the manufacturer and had my grill island part shipped to me within 2 weeks, which is about 4 weeks faster than the manufacturers normal lead team. Their follow up was terrific throughout the entire process. It is very refreshing to get excellent customer service like this. I highly recommend American Sale!
