If you are looking for a pool table or anything for the fun part of a house go here. I spoke with a rep named Chris I had a very busy schedule and he made it so simple. He took pictures of the different types of pool tables and felt choices. Emailed them to me and went over pricing. Told me about the payment options. He was so accommodating. Lance is extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all items in the store. He is very accommodating and wants to make sure that the customer experience is top notch. He did find us a tree after recognizing that the one that we liked had already been sold. He made a not so great situation a wonderful experience and we we will be back again.

American Sale: Best customer service! I wasn't happy with the fading cushions on the patio set I purchased. I called and spoke with a manager. My whole set was replaced with a new one within a few days without anyone inspecting it first. A month later, the cushions were fading again. The manager allowed me to return the set and gave me a great deal on an upgraded set. Again, no questions asked and no hassle! I would highly recommend American Sale (Naperville location)

I had great customer service at this store with Eric in the swimming pool department. He was so helpful and answered all of my questions. I phoned the store and spoke to him twice and he was very friendly and took the time to explain everything to me. Above and beyond!

I visited this American Sales last week and was satisfied with my experience. The store was clean, inviting, and we'll organized. The staff was friendly but not entirely knowledgeable about their products. Only major knock was prices were very high compared to similar items I can purchase online. Worth a visit if one is looking for outdoor stuff for their home.

Alot of variety and options to choose amongst. We walked in for barstools and encountered some of the other things that were on our list (trampoline, outdoor seating , bbq grill, swing set). Employees were friendly and answered any questions we had.

Stopped in to look at pool tables. Frankly, we were extremely pleasantly surprised by our experience. On the first floor, we were greeted by a sales person (don't recall his name) who was very friendly and no pressure as we checked out the "less expensive" all-in-one tables. We found one that worked and thought we were done. We then decided that we should go upstairs to check out the "real" pool tables, just for fun. There we met Alexis, who was outstanding. Great selection, even at the end of summer. We bought a patio set (the floor model). It wasn't clear why the floor model couldn't be financed if we gave up the 10% floor model discount. But, the manager compensated and gave us 20% to pay in cash. At least it was a good compromise.

Quick notes: -We tried a few stores for pools and this was the ONLY place that had a person available to help us. There weren't even any customers in the other places. -We bought the pool through Luke and I highly recommend you request this guy. He is totally chillax, knowledgeable, and patient. I would even go as far as calling ahead to make sure he is working. -We bought a 15' x 54" round Vogue Trendium Impulse pool and we really love it. -We also upgraded to the salt water system.
