My husband and I recently bought a trampoline from American Sale. We worked with the store manager Ken Schinke. He was very kind and helpful and made the experience very easy! When the trampoline was delivered, it was pouring down rain. The two gentleman who delivered the trampoline persevered and put it together in the rain. They were both very sweet and professional. Spent months looking at patio furniture. Stopped at American Sale and talked to Ed Berzinski...he was incredibly knowledge, setup 3 different umbrellas for us to look at and even stayed ost his shift to take care of us. Stop by and talk to Ed for an amazing experience.

They have a good Spooky Town Halloween collection, and Christmas decorations. Always enjoy stopping in and know they will have the pool equipment I need, with knowledgeable staff. Seems like there are new faces and all are friendly and helpful.

If you are looking for a pool table or anything for the fun part of a house go here. I spoke with a rep named Chris I had a very busy schedule and he made it so simple. He took pictures of the different types of pool tables and felt choices. Emailed them to me and went over pricing. Told me about the payment options. He was so accommodating. Lance is extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all items in the store. He is very accommodating and wants to make sure that the customer experience is top notch. He did find us a tree after recognizing that the one that we liked had already been sold. He made a not so great situation a wonderful experience and we we will be back again.

American Sale: Best customer service! I wasn't happy with the fading cushions on the patio set I purchased. I called and spoke with a manager. My whole set was replaced with a new one within a few days without anyone inspecting it first. A month later, the cushions were fading again. The manager allowed me to return the set and gave me a great deal on an upgraded set. Again, no questions asked and no hassle! I would highly recommend American Sale (Naperville location)

I had great customer service at this store with Eric in the swimming pool department. He was so helpful and answered all of my questions. I phoned the store and spoke to him twice and he was very friendly and took the time to explain everything to me. Above and beyond!
I visited this American Sales last week and was satisfied with my experience. The store was clean, inviting, and we'll organized. The staff was friendly but not entirely knowledgeable about their products. Only major knock was prices were very high compared to similar items I can purchase online. Worth a visit if one is looking for outdoor stuff for their home.
