Our pool experience through American sale has been awesome! Shane was the representative we worked with and he couldn't have been better. He is a true professional in this arena and there wasn't a question he couldn't answer. He was really the glue that held the whole purchase and install together. He got us an amazing pool, an on time install, and helped get our pool water ready for swimming. We were installed on a Friday and swimming by Sunday! It's hard to ask for much better than that!

We worked with Shane Tolbert and he was wonderful. He was very knowledgable about all of the spas and was very easy to work with. We did some comparison shopping at another local place and returned to Shane because of his professionalism and pricing. Jeff Thome was outstanding at listening to my needs and showing me products that worked perfectly. He found one piece at another store and another piece in the warehouse to put together the set of pieces I wanted. He had a lot of patience. A great shopping experience.
