Lance was very helpful with our hot tub purchase. Patient, flexible, and not pushy at all. He made us feel comfortable with our decisions. Such a nice guy! He is the reason we would go back to American Sales for future needs.

Tom spent hours with us going over different options for outdoor furniture, pricing sets, talking us through what would work best for our family and our patio. We came back 3 times and finally settled on a set that was 100% different than what we started with. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Tom and refused to even entertain discussions with other salesmen. Tom is the only one for us!!!!

James was extremely helpful today. He helped me purchase pool chairs where stock was very limited and he was an advocate for me with the sales manager. He was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. I highly recommend American Sales and James.

It was time for me to replace my artificial tree that I bought from American Sales a long time ago. I went to the store about two weeks ago to check things out and Lynda B was extremely helpful. I saw options but didn't make a purchase at that time. I drove out the store today (Monday) from Lincoln Park to make the purchase hoping Lynda would be working since I knew she was off on Sunday. I always acquired real Christmas trees until this year. We learned so much about artificial trees from Tim C. and Lynda that we ended up buying one. They were so knowledgeable about setting them up, taking them down and storing and preserving the life of the tree. They made us feel so comfortable and we feel great about our purchase. Paul D.
