End of May we bought a pool from them as they promised it would get delivered next week and installed end of June. The pool did not get delivered twice and we didn't receive a call from anyone letting us know about the cancellation. I purchased an above ground pool on May 13th and was told installation would be 2.5-3 weeks (depending upon weather). On May 26 I received a text that the pool would be installed on July 15 (9 weeks after the date of purchase)!!! This is 3 times the length I was originally told. If I had gotten this information mid May I would not have purchased the pool from American Sale. I Ordered a pool ladder one box that came in looked like it had been beaten to crap I open the box there's garbage inside it somebody had gone through this box already parted it took the pieces they needed all the screws and the polls I called to complain the supervisors she couldn't do anything offered me 10% and told me I would have to wait for the next truck to come in not happy camper!!! I definitely will be looking at different places to shop 5/29/20
If there was a zero star option I would be giving this specific branch one. My personal experience with American Sale has been nothing close to professional. I arrived on May 5th with the intent to buy a hot tub for a Memorial Day which was 25th for our family party. Came in to purchase a pool today. Stood around for 10 minutes and nobody helped me. I looked at the large pool they had grill of water and three shells of other pools. Off to find someone interested in making a sale.

Good luck getting a hold of them. We have been trying to make a large purchase from them for three weeks and can't even get a hold of someone to provide pricing details. When we do get a hold of someone they've been extremely rude, don't get us to the right department and eventually hang up on us. Do you not want to make sales?

Last time I ever spend my money at American Sale. I see why these types of stores are closing. Customer service is nonexistent. Went in to purchase some Lemax items. One was on display. There were none in the store and I was told they can't sell the display. Strange, since I've always purchased the displays in the past. Asked to speak to manager. Waited 20 minutes Manager never came out. Lol what a joke. It's ok I don't need to drop any money here.
horrible people to do business with. not particularly this location. the company does nothing but lie and cheat. don't expect any support on anything you buy. warranty is non existent. go anywhere but here.
Just to warn anybody who might be interested in the sling chairs, DO NOT buy them there!!! We bought some in June of last year. We covered them in bad weather all summer. Covered them over winter, and they are terrible! One of the feet fell off so that one isn't any good unless we can find a replacement which American Sales doesn't carry!! There is rust coming out of who knows where. If we move them, rust drips out! The salesman I spoke to told me that's what happens with steel frame patio furniture!!
