I stopped in to browse around for a new Christmas tree and was helped by Kelly. She was very knowledgable and helpful. I appreciated her help, it wasn't pushy like many stores and sales help are these days. She helped me narrow down my selection very easily. Thank you! I can't wait to put it up this season!

Highest recommendation for the "American Sale" store located in Naperville, Illinois! Store associate Kelly T. helped us locate the perfect fit for our great room an 18ft Michigan fir Christmas Tree Item 534-024. It was perfect in height and diameter, truly a spectacular tree and enhancement to the beauty of our home. My husband have driven past American Sale for years and never stopped in. We thought many times to go and check out their Christmas Trees, but instead we would purchase our Christmas Tree at Wal Mart and now after buying 2 trees in 3 years and needing a new one, we decided to drive to American Sale in Naperville, IL. Our previous visits to the store weren't great, so we shopped around. We did however come back to American Sale because of the price, timeliness of delivery and install, and salesperson Tony Davis! I will continue to shop there.

Was looking for a pool but knew nothing about them~called and spoke with Lance who impressed us with his product knowledge. Came in later that evening and met Alexis who literally schooled us on EVERYTHING. We have now had our 15x30 pool up and running for 2 weeks and are even more impressed with the 'after sale. I was in the market for a new set of patio furniture to add to our new pool deck that my huband buit. Stopped in here with Fred, the kids and my father in law to look at play sets for the kids, which he was so generously getting my kids for Easter! The selection they offer for the play sets was amazing...you can customize it to make it as big or little as you want and with as many accessories as you want too! This was all we were there for, but while ordering we walked around a little bit at the awesome hot tub selection and I really liked the little lawn decorations too...super cute!
