Our salesperson, Theresa Dante, was great. She was extremely patient with us. We were there 3 hours. She did not follow us around, but was ready to answer all questions. She was great.. very pleased with our purchase. The delivery men very quick and accommodating for placement.

I went in to buy a trampoline and was assisted by Theresa Danet. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and explained the various options for the different models. Theresa Danet was an excellent sales representative. I wanted to purchase a pre lit Christmas tree for my bedroom. This was the first time I purchased an artificial tree. Theresa was very helpful and explained all of the options and cost. Theresa had the tree delivered to my car when I pulled it up. This friendly smart woman was very easy to work with and I even purchased a tree storage bag that was the right size.

Ordered my Lexmark Halloween town buildings and accessories. Very easy to order online, said it would take 3-4 weeks for delivery (no problem since I have time!). To my surprise they let me know my box would be delivered in 4 days!! I live in Colorado. So that was a wonderful surprise, and yes it was delivered and in excellent condition. Jaylee had done a wonderful job packing everything tight so nothing was damaged.
