Another rascist experience. So, Sunday around 2:50pm, I visited the American Sale on 166th & LaGrange. Upon entering the store, I encountered 2 employees, 1 male, 1 female. DO NOT BUY YOUR POOL FROM AMERICAN SALE!!! I purchased a pool last year in March. Installers came out, in a hurry and totally DESTROYED my deck. They mangled the deck boards and cut a main support beam. I have been fighting for over a year and still my deck has never been repaired or replaced. They are now ignoring me. After you sign the paperwork to purchase a pool, get ready for a stomach ulcer. American sales does not install your pool. I had the luxury of a landscape company that can't speak English install my pool and leave my yard a mess. The side walls of my pool were all creased with dents and two liners later, the pool still leaks because they don't properly install the liner. and if you have any issues with your pool, you cannot call anybody you cannot call the store. We purchased a pool from American Sale, in preparing to open it up for our second season, we noticed a small in the wall. I have been dealing their customer service for 5 months now, to no avail. They have been giving me the runaround, saying they are going by the manufacturer guidelines, it will cost approximately $3000 to fix something we used for one summer. American Sale take's ZERO responsibility for the product they sell and does not have the customer's backs. Buy your products elsewhere.

Think twice about purchasing from American sales. Purchased a pool heater on June 29 and professionally installed on July 3. On August 15, heater started leaking. Service determined a leak in he hest exchange. Store said not covered under warranty due to pool chemical imbalance. Sent text saying they can replace at a cost of $650. young man, blonde hair, white, tall ish, working the register seemed like he had a bad day. or several bad days. he couldn't be bothered to help any of the customers in line and just walked off the register. the other cashiers, both young ladies, were so helpful. they made the experience delightful. that young man should find a new job if he hates his current one...

On 8/8/2022 I called to ask for service because my Island spa wasn't getting hot . I was told that someone would call me to schedule . Here it is I have called back 6 times the last person gave me a order number to schedule and told me someone would be in touch today is August 24 and still no call to schedule the repair. No one answers the phone in service so Caveat emptor. I'm going to try one more time today to get it scheduled if no I will go to a second or third party company to have it repaired. I bought my pool last summer in August, paid for installation and everything. Was told that someone would reach out to me to set up and appointment. It's now May and no one has reached out. I've called the store location and have spoken to the sales manager, Jim multiple times to see why I haven't been contacted.
