We had recently purchased pool from them, the pool itself is nice. Going to keep it simple, the contractor they sent only did half of what aggreed on, wife and I had to finish installing. Then we were missing parts to the ladder,finally got that resolved in an entire afternoon. The stairs the sold us are flemsy so I ordered sturdy stairs from Amazon. We purchased a pool in May - the gal we initially dealt with was nice and easy to work with. The installation coordination was a fiasco, but we ultimately worked it out thanks to the installer. It was an ok experience up until we realized we didn’t receive our solar cover with our order. The woman I spoke to at American sale was AWFUL. Haven't had a working hot tub since May, impossible to get any response to phone calls or emails. I have literally pleaded for a call back. Not even the manager will call you back. 6 months now waiting for a control panel then they promised they would winterize it before it freezes which is happening this week and no one responds!!!
