Salesperson was pleasant, prices were competitive, but American Sale's insisted we physically drive to the store to pay, even after they had accepted a deposit over the phone, pretty much defined the experience. Figured this was just a miscommunication of some sort, but it was not. They also said any American Sale could receive the payment, which turned out not being the case when attempting to pay. Every person I interacted with was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I even had to stop by the warehouse to pickup a part and the gentleman there was wonderful. I was honestly shocked that literally everyone was so great to deal with, normally at a store you might get 1-2 people that actually care and are knowledgable but literally everyone here was. Outstanding service.
