Customer service is above and beyond! Five stars from store in Orland Park location to schedule delivery to installation. Another Five stars go to Sue Middleton, Tasha, Margie, Randi, Omar, Arturo, Esteban and Joe. Special thanks to Omar who came to our place a day before the installation inspecting the area making sure the space fits the Gazebo. He also took his time to look for and find Chaise lounge for me, delivered it himself on the same day. This kind of customer service is unmatched!!!

The pool looks great but we weren’t happy about the $350 extra charge. The mess that was left we didn’t l like either
