As a first time owner of a "real" pool i have to say that the American Sales rep that I dealt with was ver friendly, however he could have been more informative as far as what to expect when purchasing a pool: 1. If you have trees plan on getting them trimmed. (500.00) 2. You must have electricity ran to run your pump, lights etc.(500.00) 3. Installer price (500.00 or more) 4. We have been loyal customers of American Sales for years, but honestly, we were not nearly as pleased with this past purchase. We decided to replace the Christmas trees we had previously purchased at American Sales with LED pre-lit ones. We wanted both a 9 foot and 7 1/2 foot tree. They were VERY expensive (about $950 and $700) We are retired and the monkey business of the lights has just frustrated us to the point that we decided to bite the bullet and just do it. Salespeople were great! Had trouble with the first pool I purchased (due to city permit requirements), and I was able to go in and change my order, even after delivery, with no problem! Installation was quick and easy. Only complaint is that the installers seemed to rush a little too much. Now bottom of pool is a little lumpy and filter was leaking because everything was not tightened fully.

I have been going to American sales for most of my life, whether for Christmas lights, or spa and pool supplies. Last September we bought our first hot tub. Our salesman, John, was very patient and helpful both when purchasing the hot tub, but also in the following months when new questions came up. They are also very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to our pool (even though we didn't buy it there). I'd give them 5 stars, but they can be pricey.... look for their sales! :-)

This is the only place to buy your pool. We shopped all the pool stores last year when we bought our pool. Their staff is the only one that really educated us on the pools. We didn't know anything about pools and they had all the answers. So when we decided to add a heater this year, they are the only place we wanted to go. They gave us a good price on the heater and a discount on the install. Great Sales Staff, Great Installers, Great Experience.

Just bought a Heater for my pool and have used them for pool supplies (chemicals) and patio furniture and have always received outstanding service. The staff their care about their customers and it shows and the prices are very competitive. Would highly recommend them they have won my business! Don D
