I’m so glad I bought my spa at American Sale. I bought from the Orland Park location and Don and Tom answered all my questions and were so helpful and no pressure. Extremely knowledgeable in aspects. The delivery communication was great. Delivery guys put the tub just where we wanted it. And then once the hot tub was set up they sent Joe by who was INCREDIBLY knowledgeable on hot tub care and pool care. I have purchased a hot tub, portable bar and BBQ as well as other miscellaneous items from Geoff at American Sale over the past three years. He has provided outstanding customer service (from the big ticket items to the smallest) each and every time I have been in the store.
