I’m so glad I bought my spa at American Sale. I bought from the Orland Park location and Don and Tom answered all my questions and were so helpful and no pressure. Extremely knowledgeable in aspects. The delivery communication was great. Delivery guys put the tub just where we wanted it. And then once the hot tub was set up they sent Joe by who was INCREDIBLY knowledgeable on hot tub care and pool care. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and friendly, the Spa service not impressed!! They don't respond very well and not very helpful!!
