I have been going to American sales for most of my life, whether for Christmas lights, or spa and pool supplies. Last September we bought our first hot tub. Our salesman, John, was very patient and helpful both when purchasing the hot tub, but also in the following months when new questions came up. They are also very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to our pool (even though we didn't buy it there). I'd give them 5 stars, but they can be pricey.... look for their sales! :-)

This is the only place to buy your pool. We shopped all the pool stores last year when we bought our pool. Their staff is the only one that really educated us on the pools. We didn't know anything about pools and they had all the answers. So when we decided to add a heater this year, they are the only place we wanted to go. They gave us a good price on the heater and a discount on the install. Great Sales Staff, Great Installers, Great Experience.

Just bought a Heater for my pool and have used them for pool supplies (chemicals) and patio furniture and have always received outstanding service. The staff their care about their customers and it shows and the prices are very competitive. Would highly recommend them they have won my business! Don D

LOVE American Sale! We have gotten 2 pools and all the chemicals from this store. The staff is more then courteous and extremely helpful! We also bought a patio set and OMG! It is beautiful and well put to use! The first pool we bought was put to so much use that about 4 yrs later we decided to just get another one. Tis the season. I finally decided to break down and buy a new Christmas tree. It will be hard to part with my charlie brown 4ft tree but the time has come it is tired. This place has a big assortment to choose from plus with the discounts being offered had to go. I finally chose a 7.5 ft pre-lit with LED lights. Also purchased a bunch of new ornaments, Very nice. This place has everything for each season at pretty good prices. Selection of pool tables, spas, outdoor furniture and pools. Good business

Pools, pools, pools. Then throw in some pool tables, hot tubs, grills, firepits, holiday decorations out the wazoo around the holidays and one store with more cool things than you can shake a stick at for the home, and yard, and this is what you come up with. I love their store when things are on sale as they can be a wee bit pricey, but when it comes to purchasing an above ground pool, this is the place. Theresa was very helpful picking out our 1st artificial tree. That'a where our happy experience ended. When we started putting the tree up. Only half of it lit up. So we called America Sale. We were told to return it to the warehouse, and they had 4 in stock. And would exchange it for a new one. So we took our 1st tree apart, and put it back in the box. My items never arrived. When I contacted American Sale to inform them, I received a very rude reply. Horrible customer service. I never received my items, and I never received a refund. I will never purchase anything from this company again. I should have read the reviews.
