I purchased a pool last summer, had issues with installing people, ladder would not fit/. Fast forward , my salesperson was KELLY and I could not believe how she took charge of the situation and made it perfect, that young has a bright future ahead of her where ever she decides to settle in at . Don was extremely helpful. He was a wealth of information. Truckers were also very kind and moved the pool to our storage area (long distance move) prior to actual install

The service was excellent from the minute I walked in the store all the way through the delivery process. I was there to purchase a gazebo and also ended up purchasing a hot tub. Krista assisted us with the gazebo. I told Don my budget if I was going to also purchase a hot tub. He made it work and I purchased both items. I am a returning customer from many years ago and am glad the service is still great.
