We had a great Experience with American Sale. From the start to finish they made sure we got the exact right hot tub for our family. We thought we knew what we wanted but learned so much and ended up with something better, a Hot Spring Envoy...and had perfect timing to get in our their sale.

One Name - Penny Maragia- made a difference! After going to other competitors, it was her service that brought us back. She was patient, knowledge and made great recommendations to support our goal of purchasing an outdoor set. Service goes a long way in retail and she hit the mark.
We had an issue with some chairs we purchased a couple of years ago. Our sales person, Penny got us over to Hildy in customer service. Hildy processed a claim with the manufacturer, Jensun and was able to get our chairs replaced from the manufacturer. Then she arranged for the replacement chairs to be delivered and the old ones picked up, all when it was convenient for us. Thank you Hildy, Penny, American Sale and Jensun for standing behind what you sell and for all your help.
Krista was a fantastic & knowledgeable sales lady. Made the whole process very easy. I'm excited to get my new outdoor furniture and fire pit table. Bring on the relaxing evenings!!

Bought a pool 4 years ago and had exceptional customer srervice, so when I needed a new patio set it was a no brainer to return to American Sales. Penny was my salesperson and she was knowledgeable and patient as I made my selection. Delivery men were professional and on time as promised. Upon delivery there was a minor issue and my call to the Tom at the Orland Park store rectified the issue immediately. Highly recommended.
We bought a pool package, had a few issues but Kelly Hunoway went above and beyond to fix the issues and rectify the situation quickly and efficiently! She seriously is the best!!
