We recently purchased new patio furniture from American Sale. It was the first place we shopped, and we found a great selection. After shopping around, and doing some research online, we returned to the store. The sales associate, Krista, was very helpful in answering our questions and giving us additional information. She was not "pushy" like some other sales associates that we encountered. I have one complaint and not really aimed at just this store but all the American Sales stores. They sold me a pool that comes with Leap Frog system. The King Technology website gives specific instructions to follow for pool start up and for winterizing. It is frustrating that the American Sales stores do not sell the kits listed on the website even though they install the system on the above ground pools. You are listed as an authorized dealer on the King Technology website yet you do not have all the supplies - on-line o... read more

My wife and I bought a patio set, table with six chairs along with a bar in July. Krista helped us, she was terrific. Payment and placing the order was quick and easy, and American Sale delivered the set and put it together for a very modest fee (I believe it was $70). They were also good about letting me know ahead of time when they would be at my place in a reasonable 3 hours window. Very knowledgeable staff. Shopped everywhere for a trampoline and ended up at the first place I started - American Sales!! Purchased on a Sunday and it was delivered on the following Wednesday!!

As a first time owner of a "real" pool i have to say that the American Sales rep that I dealt with was ver friendly, however he could have been more informative as far as what to expect when purchasing a pool: 1. If you have trees plan on getting them trimmed. (500.00) 2. You must have electricity ran to run your pump, lights etc.(500.00) 3. Installer price (500.00 or more) 4. We have been loyal customers of American Sales for years, but honestly, we were not nearly as pleased with this past purchase. We decided to replace the Christmas trees we had previously purchased at American Sales with LED pre-lit ones. We wanted both a 9 foot and 7 1/2 foot tree. They were VERY expensive (about $950 and $700) We are retired and the monkey business of the lights has just frustrated us to the point that we decided to bite the bullet and just do it. Salespeople were great! Had trouble with the first pool I purchased (due to city permit requirements), and I was able to go in and change my order, even after delivery, with no problem! Installation was quick and easy. Only complaint is that the installers seemed to rush a little too much. Now bottom of pool is a little lumpy and filter was leaking because everything was not tightened fully.
