We had an issue with some chairs we purchased a couple of years ago. Our sales person, Penny got us over to Hildy in customer service. Hildy processed a claim with the manufacturer, Jensun and was able to get our chairs replaced from the manufacturer. Then she arranged for the replacement chairs to be delivered and the old ones picked up, all when it was convenient for us. Thank you Hildy, Penny, American Sale and Jensun for standing behind what you sell and for all your help.

Bought a pool 4 years ago and had exceptional customer srervice, so when I needed a new patio set it was a no brainer to return to American Sales. Penny was my salesperson and she was knowledgeable and patient as I made my selection. Delivery men were professional and on time as promised. Upon delivery there was a minor issue and my call to the Tom at the Orland Park store rectified the issue immediately. Highly recommended.
