Purchased a new pool filter system from Tim this year - although we had some problems at first he straightened everything out and went above and beyond to be helpful and ensure we were satisfied! If you are looking for anything pool related I would highly recommend you see Tim.

Hands down best place to buy a pool i bought mine 8 years ago from Tim and anytime i need something he always remembers us. We called about getting our liner replaced on Friday and by Monday he took care of us for our sons party. They sent their in house install team to get us taken care of . So thanks to Tim in sales and Tony with the install 10stars with A+ attention

I bought a Big Green Egg grill from American Sale Orland Park in February 2016 after researching multiple vendors. So happy I decided to buy from the folks at American Sale! The sales associate was so knowledgeable and walked me through the differences in Egg sizes and accessories. Home delivery was scheduled within that week, through American Sale's in-house delivery team (I've bought large items through companies using external vendors, and this was a night and day experience - flawless!). I can not praise this store and their salesman Joe Aquilina, and the store manager Rob Collins enough. I purchased a pool from The Great Escape this past summer, and had problems due to a bad install job. After numerous calls to The Great Escape, I never received any quality customer service from either the managers, the corporate office, or their pool installers, to rectify the problems they caused. We recently purchased new patio furniture from American Sale. It was the first place we shopped, and we found a great selection. After shopping around, and doing some research online, we returned to the store. The sales associate, Krista, was very helpful in answering our questions and giving us additional information. She was not "pushy" like some other sales associates that we encountered. I have one complaint and not really aimed at just this store but all the American Sales stores. They sold me a pool that comes with Leap Frog system. The King Technology website gives specific instructions to follow for pool start up and for winterizing. It is frustrating that the American Sales stores do not sell the kits listed on the website even though they install the system on the above ground pools. You are listed as an authorized dealer on the King Technology website yet you do not have all the supplies - on-line o... read more

My wife and I bought a patio set, table with six chairs along with a bar in July. Krista helped us, she was terrific. Payment and placing the order was quick and easy, and American Sale delivered the set and put it together for a very modest fee (I believe it was $70). They were also good about letting me know ahead of time when they would be at my place in a reasonable 3 hours window.
