LOVE American Sale! We have gotten 2 pools and all the chemicals from this store. The staff is more then courteous and extremely helpful! We also bought a patio set and OMG! It is beautiful and well put to use! The first pool we bought was put to so much use that about 4 yrs later we decided to just get another one. Tis the season. I finally decided to break down and buy a new Christmas tree. It will be hard to part with my charlie brown 4ft tree but the time has come it is tired. This place has a big assortment to choose from plus with the discounts being offered had to go. I finally chose a 7.5 ft pre-lit with LED lights. Also purchased a bunch of new ornaments, Very nice. This place has everything for each season at pretty good prices. Selection of pool tables, spas, outdoor furniture and pools. Good business
Pools, pools, pools. Then throw in some pool tables, hot tubs, grills, firepits, holiday decorations out the wazoo around the holidays and one store with more cool things than you can shake a stick at for the home, and yard, and this is what you come up with. I love their store when things are on sale as they can be a wee bit pricey, but when it comes to purchasing an above ground pool, this is the place. Worst customer service ever. Called for info on replacing the cushions on a set i had purchaed a few years ago and never got a call back. Went in to get info and was told that since it was a Sat she couldnt research it for me. Was basically told that i should just get another set. Products are ok quality, but the prices are extremely high and unreasonable. Would not reccomend this place to anyone.

You guys replied to my post as if you resolved my problem. I paid you guys to fix my hot tub and you claimed you never recieved my payment this is from 2023 and still never repaired it . I will post ALL of the corresponding texts . I have requested a refund years ago since it was never fixed and I am still waiting to be credited . Spoke with several managers . Caveat emptor see my reciept . I'm sure the part came in which was the continued excuse . See payment

Theresa was very helpful picking out our 1st artificial tree. That'a where our happy experience ended. When we started putting the tree up. Only half of it lit up. So we called America Sale. We were told to return it to the warehouse, and they had 4 in stock. And would exchange it for a new one. So we took our 1st tree apart, and put it back in the box. My items never arrived. When I contacted American Sale to inform them, I received a very rude reply. Horrible customer service. I never received my items, and I never received a refund. I will never purchase anything from this company again. I should have read the reviews.

They screwed us over.bought a display pool.it got installed last late September early October. Beautiful pool. We started cleaning and setting up. The floor is a lumpy pile of trash. Not leveled correctly. Bad setup caused our liner to rip.contacted American sales.sent off to contact the installer. How convenient there was an 180 day warranty. Nobody can help fix the issue with our 12000 pile of junk.never again. Don't buy from them. Keep in mind i paid cash not finance. They robbed us

I was in the Orland Park store yesterday intending to buy 4 Adirondack chairs with matching side tables. I spoke with an older gentleman, who never even bothered to get out of his chair, and when I told him what I was interested in and that I would need to have them shipped to me because they wouldn't fit in my vehicle, I was told that wasn't possible.
