Penny was outstanding!! Hadn't truly been in the Christmas spirit but she for sure changed that. She answered what I felt like were a million of my questions and never got frustrated or distracted. If you need a knowledgeable associate in the Christmas department look for Penny!!

Warm weather will be coming and with my little grandson being an only child it's hard keeping him busy. I needed a little kids pool. I saw one at the website and called and spoke with SARAH. I wanted to be able to get in and out of the store and Sarah checked inventory and assured me she would have my pool up front so I could just get in and out. Upon my arrival she greeted me and told me she had it ready. I truly appreciated Sarah going above and beyond to make my experience at American Sales a great one.

We got a new 7 foot artificial tree this year. Not prelit - we wanted our own lights. The staff was courteous and helpful . We love our new tree !! We got a beautiful outdoor lighted wreath last year. This is the place to go for holiday decorations for sure !! Very happy

I found a beautiful 42 inch lighted Christmas wreath for the outside of my house. The staff there helped direct me to the location in the store where there were so many choices of various size wreaths, so many to chose from! They also moved a shelf that was in front of an outlet so that I could plug in the wreath to make sure that the lights were actually working. The cashier was very friendly as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this store and location!

Excellent service and assistance by Kelly upstairs. Competitive prices, especially on close outs sand end of season type items. I've found them to be very good in troubleshooting problems and dealing with manufacturing defects. Amer.Sales is usually my first stop when looking for outdoor furniture/patio items because of their large selection.

My experience was ok. I was overcharged because the cashier didn't pay attention and assumed all of the items were the same price. It wasn't by much ($3), but still not a good way to do business. I still give three stars because they have a great collection of spooky town that I collect and the employees are friendly enough. I'm not going out of my way to get $3 as this store is 1/2 hour from my house, I'll just stick to Romeoville location.

Update on review spoke with Jim cleared up the misunderstanding. He turned around and went above and beyond and took care of the situation. If you need anything see Jim Was in there on Tuesday 5/28 looking at swing sets spoke with Jim gave me a cash price and a finance price went in today 5/30 spoke with Jim & Chris and would not honor the price that was quoted to me. Will never step foot in that place and I will let everyone I know and deal with about

(This rating is strictly based on Costumer Service Experience) My husband and I recently purchased a new pool filter and pump from AS. When we were putting it together we had some issues, so I called American Sale and spoke to Kelly in their pool department. She was extremely helpful and made what had been a frustrating experience into a positive one. She took the time to explain things to me and pointed me in the right direction per my options. I will definitely go back to AS for future purchases. Thank you Kelly!

Bought our pool from American Sale and they did a fantastic job. Plus they have the best pools!
