We special ordered a hot tub and it arrived exactly when we were told it would. Our experience with Tom has been excellent. He explained everything thoroughly when we made our purchase and then took the time to explain everything for our set up. An overall great experience for us.

We purchased a pool and the salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. When they delivered the pool the delivery men were very quick, efficient and courteous. So far all have been great!

I bought a tree in 2017. As I was putting up, it seemed so much bigger than in the store! This year, 2018... I mentioned to sales rep. and she looked it up. Put the info. in my account and told me to measure it when I took it out this year. Sure enough was given the wrong tree last year. Large instead of slim tree. They exchanged this year, no problem!
