I have purchased a hot tub, portable bar and BBQ as well as other miscellaneous items from Geoff at American Sale over the past three years. He has provided outstanding customer service (from the big ticket items to the smallest) each and every time I have been in the store. Geoff is extremely knowledgeable about the products and is always available to answer questions post purchase. I HIGHLY recommend Geoff and American Sale for your next hot tub/pool purchase.

Geoffrey Shilkaitis was the perfect salesperson for us. We stopped in the Orland Park American Sales store to learn a little more about hot tubs. Geoffrey was so knowledgeable and patient answering all our questions that we purchased a hot tub and infrared spa that day. Because of Geoffrey, we will be back to the Orland Park store.

Geoffrey Shilkaitis | Product Expert Geoffrey was wonderful. He went the extra mile to look for the perfect Weber grill for us. He called the warehouse and made sure it was still available and sent me an e-mail with the Model # and all the features. That was greatly appreciated because this model was not on the showroom floor. Thanks for helping us Geof. You are a really nice guy too.

I purchased a pool last summer, had issues with installing people, ladder would not fit/. Fast forward , my salesperson was KELLY and I could not believe how she took charge of the situation and made it perfect, that young has a bright future ahead of her where ever she decides to settle in at .
