Excellent service and assistance by Kelly upstairs. Competitive prices, especially on close outs sand end of season type items. I've found them to be very good in troubleshooting problems and dealing with manufacturing defects. Amer.Sales is usually my first stop when looking for outdoor furniture/patio items because of their large selection.

My experience was ok. I was overcharged because the cashier didn't pay attention and assumed all of the items were the same price. It wasn't by much ($3), but still not a good way to do business. I still give three stars because they have a great collection of spooky town that I collect and the employees are friendly enough. I'm not going out of my way to get $3 as this store is 1/2 hour from my house, I'll just stick to Romeoville location.

Update on review spoke with Jim cleared up the misunderstanding. He turned around and went above and beyond and took care of the situation. If you need anything see Jim Was in there on Tuesday 5/28 looking at swing sets spoke with Jim gave me a cash price and a finance price went in today 5/30 spoke with Jim & Chris and would not honor the price that was quoted to me. Will never step foot in that place and I will let everyone I know and deal with about

(This rating is strictly based on Costumer Service Experience) My husband and I recently purchased a new pool filter and pump from AS. When we were putting it together we had some issues, so I called American Sale and spoke to Kelly in their pool department. She was extremely helpful and made what had been a frustrating experience into a positive one. She took the time to explain things to me and pointed me in the right direction per my options. I will definitely go back to AS for future purchases. Thank you Kelly!

Danielle the store manager at american sales went above and beyond for me. She is manager romeoville illinois. Ask for her if you need excellent service. Also Sherry in customer service. Great lady to deal with. D.Beckman

We bought our pool from Chris and he was great. The greatest part was the installers. Sergio from Esparza's Pool installation was the best. He did a great job and went above and beyond his call of duty. They also did the tear down and removal of our old pool. I can't say enough about these guys. They were the best!! They really know what they are doing. If you ever need a pool installation or tear down I highly recommend them. Couldn't be happier. Purchased a hot tub. Scott Cook was very knowledgeable, great salesman, not pushy. Have been hesitating for several years and finally purchased one thanks to Scott. Looking forward to enjoying it.
