Totally disappointed. Fraud, a contract applied to my account that I didn't approve of. Theft, money taken from account, beside my monthly payments. They said it was in error...of course it is...check your accounts people. Continuously asked to speak to a manager...Denied.

American Residential Warranty, ARW, has treated me very badly. On May 1, 2024, I purchased a home warranty from them. The **** ****** informed me that after reading the documents associated with the warranty, it was my option to cancel or keep the policy. I had 30 days to do so and get a full refund.On May 3rd, I called and spoke with **** in retention to cancel. American Residential warranty is ripping me off I do believe it's because we are senior citizens. I called to get my water heater checked they charged me the service fee which is what I am supposed to pay, that helps cover the technician to come out and check the appliance. Then the technician came out and is charging us a fee of $150 for coming out to check our water heater. He then said he will be charging us $3500.00 to replace our water heater. Very poor service and response. Does not insure work is completed by their contractors. On 2 issues they sent someone out, and then never came back to repair, I had to do the repairs, that were covered, and neither company made it right. They do not respond in timely manner. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I signed up with this company about one month ago. They stated my monthly fee would be $64.99. In there website when I went to pay they asking me to pay $81.84. I refuse to pay this amount. Disgusting company and I say that with the upmost disrespect. I have been paying for 1 year and have yet to file a claim. Had issues with my hot water heater. Cost me 125 to get a person to come out to my house. The technician was there all of 5 minutes. Said I needed a new hot water heater. A week later I get a phone call saying they are covering only $215 of an $1100 new hot water heater. Terrible, horrible service. When u call in, you will wait on the phone for long periods of time. I called in about a dishwasher and they sent me a technician from Mattress Haven, that guy did nothing !! He told me to use vinegar. He didnt take anything apart he did zero investigating.
