Get directions**************** agents are good. ********************** after filing 2 separate claims, they didnt cover either. Almost like they found a excuse not to accept the claim. Saying it was an act of God and not wear and tear. I canceled immediately.

This company is a scam. I have waited over 1 month for my oven to be repaired or replaced. The replacement cost for my double wall oven would be at the least ********. They have sent a technician 2 times. Now they say because they attempted to fix the oven and spent $800.00 doing thisthey will now give me $600.00 in a check. The oven still is not working at all. I paid$ ******* this year for the home warranty plan. I feel ripped off.

If I could give zero stars I would. After being a loyal customer for over 10 years we had to cancel our policy. After all the money weve paid in premiums with only a couple claims that resulted in no parts being replaced. Weve made them nothing but money. I have NEVER been so angry in my life! I've had this policy for over a year and never filed a claim. 1st thing is that our payment increased twice in the last 18 months. I turned in a claim last week for refrigerator repair. I was first told that they would give me a "buy out" of $1,400. Then changed that to we'll send a serviceman. 2 days went by without a word. I am very dissatisfied with the service. ************** was great that they sent, however no one from ARW would answer when called about the alloted amount allowed. Then waiting on hold for 20 minutes, when told that my wait time would be 25 minutes, and was disconnected. This happened 3 times at the 20 minute **** each time. Horrible customer service, I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my claim to be resolved!! Plumber came 3/20/24 told me Water heater needs to be replaced, and electrical breaker needed to be shut off (no cold water) it is currently 3/26/24 and I just called Plumber directly and was told ARW wanted a better price on water heater!Too expensive for them, yet my family of 6 (4 kids) should wait more time so ARW can save a couple dollars!!
