What a costly mistake to contract with this company. After years of paying a Platinum package I've come to find out the fine print (not disclosed up front) limits the coverage to a maximum of $300 dollars on the IMPORTANT items!!! AND then they claimed to be paying the technician $300 so I was only entitled to an additional $100 for my years as a loyal customer...! RUNNNNN!!! This company is the worst and I would not recommend them to anyone. We started with this company in 2018. Should have known not to conitnue when we everytime we put in a claim there was some reason it wouldn't qualify to be fixed. They fixed a garbage disposal and a snaked a drain and that was all we had used them for from 2018 up until 2023. We even got the electronics policy but of course when our tv didn't work we were told it wasn't a flat screen that qualified for servicing. Fast forward to 2023 our refrigera... read more

I have been with ARW for 2 years. I have recently had a horrible experience with a claim for my Samsung ice maker. My original claim for this was in October of 2023. The technician came out and twice within a 2 month period to basically put a band aid on my ice maker. It was never repaired properly because it continued to leak and freeze over, making it inoperable. I filed another claim on February 9, 2024 for this same problem and was charged another $75 because it was past the time allowed for a follow up. A technician cam... read more

I have been trying to get my refrigerator repaired since January 15. Three different repair persons have been here and none of them have been able to repair the refrigerator. I do not understand why. If they can not repair it, it seems to me they should replace it. Why do j pay for a warranty if it does not back its warranty?

My experience with them has been terribly sad. Ive been attempting to get work done on my kitchen sink and they dont accomplish anything and theyre constantly charging my account, when Ive been waiting 3mths for work to be done.

All three claims were thrown back on me. They couldn't find a service . I can't get online to check anything out and cs claim they sent text messages I never received. Very disappointed.

Not happy at all with ARW. Paid claim on furnace at only a fraction of what the new unit cost. Would not pay on a/c replacement at all. Contractors who did the work were great I had to contact the contractor. ARW said they could not locate one.Every time I dealt with ARW, it turned into a headache. My experience with them, maybe yours will be more positive.
