Get directionsStarted service and filed a claim for a heater unit in the first month i had them. the claim sat untouched for 3 days so i asked to cancel, ***** from customer service refused to cancel, he kept explaining how great their service was and I literally asked him to cancel my service nearly 40 times in the hour long conversation. I had to call back to get someone that would cancel. They also will not refund my monthly fee even thou I had them for only a week and never used their service.

Horrible and untrustworthy I called to cancel warranty last month and I was told that I would be refunded this month.,so l called and was told I wasnt getting the refund. Livid!!!I heard so many horrible things which is why I closed the account. ****** learned

The company does not respond to calls. I called and had a 10-minute wait after waiting 15 minutes, a new message saying there is a 15 minute, after another 15 minutes I was told the wait time is 20 minutes, after waiting 37 minutes, a new message, wait time is now 25 minutes. I was going to talk about purchasing a home warranty, but if this is how they treat customers I am out. Very poor customer service.

On December 27, 2023, customer service **** ******************* attempted to sell me a policy. I informed her that I would need to discuss with my spouse before making a decision. **** got her supervisor on the phone to pressure me to commit to a contract. I said no, I will not commit to a contract. They even lowered the price. The supervisor told me that they would need a credit card to "hold the quoted price" until I got back with them. I agreed. I was with ARW for 2 years. The deductible went from $55, then $75, now $125.00. I received an email which went to my spam on 01-18-24 advising the increase to $125.00. I did not see the email until my car insurance company agent called me about my renewal and advised a paper copy will be coming in the mail but an email was sent and if I did not see it in my inbox to check my spam and this was on 01-29-23. My HVAC system went out in the middle of winter and they Denied my claim because the pictures showed rust and they dont cover rust within the first 60 days. Then the pipe from my dishwasher and washer that runs underneath my house in a crawl space is leaking and they dont cover plumbing under the house in a crawl space. What am I paying for

I cancelled my account in November 2023, and I still have not received my refund. Its 1/27/24. I was on a ten minute hold for 90 minutes. 90 minutes in, the automated message told me that they arent open on weekends. Its typical to wait for hours when calling, especially if you want to cancel your service.
On Sunday 01/21/2025 I searched ARW on line to file a claim. I am in Fl and my home in Tn is covered. Your web page stated you offer 24/7 service. I had to use a phone to enter the information for my claim. There is no one there on weekends. I guess nothing breaks on weekends. I was getting no hot water out of my exterior hot water tank. They sell you a warranty that includes plumbing. When they do not have a contract plumber with their company. And there is no plumber, that wants to do any work for this company. They sent me to a plumber that did not have a contract with them. And the plumber refused to do the work because he did not have a contract with them. Plus they owe *** Drainworks money, for a job that he did, and never paid him. So he refuses to do any jobs for them until they pay him.
