This is one of the worst companies that I have ever had any dealings with. They harass you attempt to pressure you to remain with their company when you have indicated several times that you want out. These people are ******* because they constantly try to intimidate you to remain with their no-good company. My policy was cancelled with them on March 31, 2022 at 5:11 p.m. but as of today, 4/21, and also on 4/20/2022 I received many many calls and emails because they had no idea of cancelling my policy and they want money! I’ve been paying for coverage on my appliances and items in my house over six or seven years! Now that my A/C unit is out they would not fix it because of the price they have to pay to replace it! I pay over $1200 a year for coverage and they would not replace what they cannot fix! They are robbing Peter to pay Paul!!! They Don’t fix my refrigerator last year 2021

I attempted to file a claim recently only to discover that my policy had been sold to another carrier. There was no correspondence or information alerting me to this change. The customer service personnel all but failed to help me resolve the issue. Had to call in four separate times to get someone to provide any information whatsoever. I was giving information about this new carrier only to find out that the phone number I was provided was erroneous. I am a realtor, who bought a home warranty for my buyer client as a gift at closing. Since the client never had any need for the services of the warranty company, they never contacted them or gave them their phone number. The company thought I was the client and began calling me at the end of the year period asking me to renew. I explained the situation. It was a gift, and I am not renewing. Horrible company. They have hardly any providers (in Los Angeles area) with wait times to service ~ 1 month!! Nothing can be done online. You need to call them on phone for *everything* and be on hold, be transferred from one number to another several times. To make matters worse, they have skimped on their calling services so calls are barely audible, often get disconnected and they never call you back. Big big mistake to use them. Never again.

The commercial lied. They said you have to pay a small service fee. I paid a plumber to fix my water heater and sent the invoice to this company. They said they couldn’t find a worker in my area and sent only a portion of the money back. It was already fixed and paid for!!! I guess they couldn’t read the invoice! We live in a very small country area and have to find the workers on our own. I don’t have the money to pay these bills up front. this company is unreliable and unprofessional. i could not get a resolution at all. i called for days and spoke to numerous people. i have still not received my refund and they keep telling me the fax number and the email address is wrong. each person i spoke to had a different fax number and a different email address. then they claimed they never received the invoice but another representative said that she received the email.
