Get directionsHorrible. I needed to cancel my account, but you cannot do so online. There is literally NO email address for them to send the cancellation letter, either. They of course have it set up to where you HAVE to call them. Which, yep, every time you call there is a long wait. DO NOT fall for this company and the trap they have set for unsuspecting poor customers....

Scammy. They won't let you see a copy of the detailed contract with the rules of what they cover, when coverage starts for each category/class of item, and exceptions, unless you pay and sign up first. This is outrageous. I will never sign a contract for something without knowing what I am buying. I don't know of any lawyer that would advise signing a contract without reading it.

Worst company ever. They tell you that the wait time is 30 minutes when you call customer service and two hours later you will still be waiting. But you do not have any choice but to sit on hold because you need help. They do not have service providers in the area and it takes weeks for them to get anything fixed. Just save your money and go somewhere else. **************** can never help when they finally do pick up. Scam artist.

They are awful. Been waiting for 3 months for my refrigerator to be fixed. I paid already for the contractors to come out before they actually. Now, they are giving me the run around about my check.They have the worst customer service ever!!

I had the worst experience ever with ARW after my initial contact. I was told that I would have 30 days to cancel for a full refund and they would send me the information in the mail so that I could review it. I have some vision issues and, in order to read tiny print, I require paper, not an email attachment. After realizing I was not going to receive the policy in the mail to review, I realize that it was close to time to cancel.
