Get directionsDo not purchase any home warranty from this company. The take a very long time to resolve your claims. No one from the company return your calls nor do they call to keep you updated on the claim process. I have been waiting 25 days for them to make a decision on a claim for my refrigerator. I have to call them everyday and all they do is transfer to people that can only put in a ticket. If it was possible i would give them ZERO STARS!

My furnace went out on Dec 17 2023 I called in and put in a claim on Dec 18 2023. I get a call from ARW on 1/8/2024 stating that I have two choose to pay the balance for over $2800.00 or they could send me a check for $525.00. It took them 3 weeks for them to tell me this with no heat in the winter time and I live in *********

I never gave them the ok to charge me for the service. But they keep charging me for the service. I have been trying to get my money back and I can't get ahold of anyone. So I would really think about even talking to these people.

We live in a metro area of ******* people. Two days before Christmas, our hot water heater ***** a leak and water was shooting everywhere. We called ARW and they said they would locate a plumber and send him right out. We heard nothing. A few hours later we called again and they said they were working on locating a plumber in our city that can work on residential water systems. (I assume 99% of plumbers can do that?) I have been leaving messages for two weeks to cancel the account. When I finally reached a live person yesterday, he claimed he could not cancel the account since he did not set it up. Sounds bogus. I requested to speak with a manager, but he kept forwarding me to a loop message that kept extending the estimated wait time, and no one ever answers. I dont want another payment taken from my account for this unrepeatable company!
They are not a trustable home warranty if you see their signature on the contract when you purchase a new home! Customer service is not good at all specifically in CA as their office is in East Coast, and they are 3 hours a head. Also always they try to find even any not logical reason to not cover your broken things as they did for me!

This company is a scam. It has been 34 days since I filed and still no service. They take money out of my account every month. I have lost ******* from a tenant because the work on mu plumbing and electric was not completed. The money for the work was taken out 11/2/23. Today is 12/6/23 and still no service nor have I heard from a provider. I have called numerous times and finally I found my own provider because I need to get the townhouse repaired. ARW without authorization deducted $229.88 from my checking account. I am set-up to receive quarterly invoices...I either mail or make my payment online. Last quarter the representative entered my debit card information in their system and this quarter they decided it was okay to deduct payment. Definitely fraud to deduct a payment without authorization. I called and finally got through to someone...I gave her all my information and I was disconnected before I could get a confirmation number.
