Salesman ***** was very pushy. claimed how good they were and how good their reviews and service were. wish i would have done more research before hand. this site and Trust Pilot have bad reviews for this company. I will be canceling my service as switching to a different company. there are others that get much better reviews, and appear to have better service. currently trying to cancel now. says it will be a 10 minute hold time. its been almost 15. seems a little scummy to me.beware

I have been waiting almost 2 months to get my dryer fixed they keep telling me they are waiting on the part but no one can or will tell me when they are is still take payments out of my account with nothing being done I'm renting a dryer so I'm paying them an paying for a dryer bull !!!!

They were hard to get ahold to they and they lie. They put you on hold for 30 to 40 minutes And then say there's no one available is the worst experience I've ever had with any company I canceled them. And went to another warranty company. I submitted a claim for a garage door opener in August 2022. I contacted ARW over 25 times within the past year for this claim to be processed. Each time I call, Im told by customer service the claim will be escalated and someone will contact me in 2-3 business days. Needless to say, I was never contacted. Did not follow contractor recommendations. AC unit needed replacing due to mechanical issues. ARW covered only $600. When purchasing policy I was told they would replace unit if defective. Now I had to pay for unit myself.. Also, they will put you on hold when wanting to cancel policy and will not answer phones.I have been trying to cancel for three weeks . I have been trying to cancel membership, been on hold for over thirty minutes with another 40 minute wait time expected according to the recording. Service request for AC took 2 months and nothing was done when the tech came out. I would give less than 1 star if possible. Its a scam that makes you feel trapped, especially if you are a working person.

ARW is a **** company. I had the "Deluxe package" which would cover things 100%. My water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. ARW never assigned a contractor. Told me I needed to get a diagnostic done. Got a contractor that told me it was a $3200 + tax job. Then I was told they'd cover only $1,000. Then they told me they'd only cover for $300 because the water heater was over 10 years old. They didn't mention the 10 year old rule when they convinced me to get the "Deluxe package." This must be a scam business. I spoke with them on the phone yesterday and they explained about their plans and costs and we agreed on a plan and a price and today I got a fraud alert from my bank card because they attempted to charge me $1249.87 when we agreed on $749.99!I'm glad my bank questioned this charge and declined it.
