I am extremely disappointed in ARW for their deceptive practices of getting you to purchase a higher monthly premium. This is the worst warranty company I have ever paid for home service and no one should every do business with them. I paid the company a service fee of $75 and because the company that was supposed to fix my air conditioner never showed up and rescheduled without calling me. If I could leave a negative star, I would! I was trying to discontinue my service and called at least 7 different numbers over 4 days and was put on hold for at least 10 minutes for each call. FINALLY reached someone today (after over 11 minutes on hold) and was able to cancel service. Hopefully, I will no longer get charged by this unprofessional company.

Signed up with them. Called them for A hot water heater. Paid The copay. Waited more than the 24-48 hours for them to find a service provider. Couldn’t find one. I never received the full terms and conditions. I got my copay back. Upon asking for the two month premium refund for the misleading information and ******** customers, I was told no. I would Like all of my money back. Please help

American residential warranty- we called them to have our HV** repaired. It wasn't cooling & the temps were in the 90's. I have *********** husband have various illnesses & the heat was unbearable. They sent a contractor out approx a week later. Contractor sprayed water on the ** unit & checked the inside unit & said he would return because it's going to be a tough job. Do yourself a favor and go through your policy with a fine tooth comb. The policy caps all major appliances at low amounts. If your appliances are 10+ old the cap is even lower. When I tried to cancel they hit me with so many fees that it was basically not worth it. Its difficult because the customer service is better than most but the policys are terrible. Thought this company was a step above the rest but its the same dog and pony show.

Purchased ARW home warranty about 8 months ago and then three months ago my 40 gallon water heater sprung a leak. They dont honor their contracts. My A/C stopped working and I was told to find my own repair company. Two attempts were made to fix the central unit. Finally it was determined the unit needed replacement which was covered under my contract.The repairs were never paid for and I paid out of pocket to avoid a lien being put on my home by the contractor a $1,700 value. This company is terrible. The first time I needed them I couldn't get a hold of claims for hours and then with 103 degrees outside, they couldn't even look at my broken air conditioner for 6 days!!NOW they won't pay to fix or repair my system.They advertise that they cover air conditioning systems, but now they will only pay me $425.00, after I paid a $99 service fee.This is unethical and false advertising.
