I called again 09/15 and I have been on the phone with them again on 09/19. They are telling me that they either haven't received my home inspection report (I've sent it 3 times) or that it isn't legible (sent a 4th time). This company is not good. Been a member for a while used a couple of times. 90 days ago my Microwave went out. I called them after being on hold 30 plus minutes. I paid my service call fee, they sent a guy out. {my microwave would turn & Function but would not heat} He took apart & Ordered the part. I submitted a claim on Monday @ 9:20PM for my HVAC not working. Today is Wednesday, 1:00PM and a company has not been assigned yet. It's 85 degrees in the house and I have 4 small children, and 4 adults visiting for the week. Not only they charged me ***** per claim but they lied to seize my ****** in attempt to cancel when they never made it to my house.I placed a few claims not only their affiliations are shady but they never followed up. I was without a fridge for 1.5 mths waiting on them to send a technician. They never showed. Salesman ***** was very pushy. claimed how good they were and how good their reviews and service were. wish i would have done more research before hand. this site and Trust Pilot have bad reviews for this company. I will be canceling my service as switching to a different company. there are others that get much better reviews, and appear to have better service. currently trying to cancel now. says it will be a 10 minute hold time. its been almost 15. seems a little scummy to me.beware
