Scamming people, they don't cover anything, they increase the price of their service without notice, they don't call you back. Of the things they do cover, they never fix it. Biggest scam alive. Even useless american home shield is better than these thieves. They sold me a plan now they say it doesn't cover 80% of the things in my house even when I show them proof indicating what they said was covered.

I paid for a years warranty 6/9/2023. I never did receive a warranty which I was told that I should receive in **** days. I called to cancel this contract which I was told that they would charge me 2 months of service. Even though I called July 12. The representative told me that I would be charged until August 9. Please be advised that this is a total rip off. I could understand them charging me until July. But very unsatisfy.WCPORTER

Please, please, find some other company as your home warranty services. ARW fall very short of my expectations. After paying every month for over 2 years it was time to use their services, guess what? After loosing 1 day of work waiting for their tech to show up, I had to wait over 3 weeks for their report, for them to tell me, we were not covered. It's not fair. I should have read the reviews first, before wasting my money on them. Shame on you ARW.

I have been trying to have my refrigerator look at since April of this year. Have not had any one call me in this time. It is now July. I have called different phone numbers that they put up on there web site and nobody knows what there doing. They just keep putting you off. Very unprofessiona.

Worst company I have ever dealt with! The warranty was included in the closing of our house and within a few months our hvac was acting up. After 2 attempts at getting a tech, one finally came. He suggested the unit be replaced because it is completely worn out and not working properly (its over 25 years old). After 2 weeks of run around I finally called enough that they completed the claim. They denied it for a bogus reason. I filed a claim regarding no hot water & no A/C . Claim was filed paying a $200 deductible. I was asked by ARW to provide estimate for the necessary repairs. I called three different HVAC, plumbing and heating establishments and got three different estimates and sent them via email. Was never reimbursed. Deceiving and a waste of money. I had a technician sent by home alliance that came to take a look at my **. He check the ** and said, I believe it needs to be cleaned and it should work. He did not tell me that the warranty did not cover it. He completed the work and did the invoice, he came back and said that he contacted the company and they said they would not cover it. This company is a scam, i used to work here and see how they handle customers they treat their employees event worst, they will have customers waiting a whole month for to even have a repair person come to the home after taking your deductible to start your cliam. Imagine i used to be an employee here until one of their managers got disrespectful and I have left 3 voice-mail for HR to call me back and they are ignoring me. All they care about is money.

Good morning! Arw( American Residential warranty) is a rip-off!!! They owe me money in from of a credit. I made a service call during the pandemic with and attempting to have service done to some appliances in my home that I never received service on.
