ARW did not pay a claim for my hot water heater. The required document was sent. I called numerous times only to be placed on hold for about 30 minutes, transferred to several different people and then to have someone to say "I am emailing claims and it will take 1-2 business days for them to respond. Worst Home Warranty company on the market. Take forever (60-90 minutes) to answer the phone for claims, difficult to get to any other person or department, take deductible for service, but have not provided service once. Sometimes deny claim on the phone without even going out. Unreasonable requirements before they will go out, if they even do. Then the repair person is totally unqualified. I can't see why this home warranty has such good reviews. I did my research before settling with this company but when it came time to get something repaired their service sucked to say the least. Placing a claim will take 2-3 days, regardless if it's an emergency. Trying to get a hold of customers service is such a pain, if you don't call right at the beginning of business, you could be waiting for an hour to speak with someone. This company is a ****. Don't know why and how they are in the Business. Begin just with a phone call first it takes forever to get through and they don't have a way that you could make a service request online.. once you get through then it seems like that there operation is from mountains of Utah with really bad connection, not to mention that operator is constantly apologizing for a bad connection. Dishwasher shooting an error May 13th 2021. Called to file a claim, waiting on hold for over an hour. Was told my the initial person, the claim was rejected. He told me to wait on the line for a supervisor and the supervisor could help. Waited for another hour for the supervisor. The supervisor claimed he fixed the issue and I took his word for it. Poor customer service Sales person sold me a policy that didn't cover my AC repairs. Was only an additional $14 per month but told me after they denied my claim. Very unsatisfactory services
Terrible. Our fridge broke and we attempted to use our warranty to have it fixed. It has been TWO MONTHS playing phone tag with at least 3 separate companies that ARW states they work with and our fridge is still dead. We finally gave up and are just getting rid of the whole fridge. We'll never buy home warranty again.
We filed a claim back in March14 2021 and have been getting the runaround We paid out of pocket due to the fact we were told to pay the claim and we would be reimbursed. This has not happened and we have been getting either hung up on or sent to different departments and given the runaround. we are not satisfied with this company even though they claim to have A+ rating with the BBB. We would not recommend this company to our worst enemy......
I wish it could be negative stars. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I'm convinced they are a ****. They hang up on you in the middle of phone calls and it takes an hour to navigate their phone system each time you call. It has taken me months to file one claim and they charged me the service fee over two months ago but never contacted the repair company.
