Do yourself a favor and go through your policy with a fine tooth comb. The policy caps all major appliances at low amounts. If your appliances are 10+ old the cap is even lower. When I tried to cancel they hit me with so many fees that it was basically not worth it. Its difficult because the customer service is better than most but the policys are terrible. Thought this company was a step above the rest but its the same dog and pony show.

Purchased ARW home warranty about 8 months ago and then three months ago my 40 gallon water heater sprung a leak. They dont honor their contracts. My A/C stopped working and I was told to find my own repair company. Two attempts were made to fix the central unit. Finally it was determined the unit needed replacement which was covered under my contract.The repairs were never paid for and I paid out of pocket to avoid a lien being put on my home by the contractor a $1,700 value. This company is terrible. The first time I needed them I couldn't get a hold of claims for hours and then with 103 degrees outside, they couldn't even look at my broken air conditioner for 6 days!!NOW they won't pay to fix or repair my system.They advertise that they cover air conditioning systems, but now they will only pay me $425.00, after I paid a $99 service fee.This is unethical and false advertising.

Scamming people, they don't cover anything, they increase the price of their service without notice, they don't call you back. Of the things they do cover, they never fix it. Biggest scam alive. Even useless american home shield is better than these thieves. They sold me a plan now they say it doesn't cover 80% of the things in my house even when I show them proof indicating what they said was covered.

I paid for a years warranty 6/9/2023. I never did receive a warranty which I was told that I should receive in **** days. I called to cancel this contract which I was told that they would charge me 2 months of service. Even though I called July 12. The representative told me that I would be charged until August 9. Please be advised that this is a total rip off. I could understand them charging me until July. But very unsatisfy.WCPORTER

Please, please, find some other company as your home warranty services. ARW fall very short of my expectations. After paying every month for over 2 years it was time to use their services, guess what? After loosing 1 day of work waiting for their tech to show up, I had to wait over 3 weeks for their report, for them to tell me, we were not covered. It's not fair. I should have read the reviews first, before wasting my money on them. Shame on you ARW.

I have been trying to have my refrigerator look at since April of this year. Have not had any one call me in this time. It is now July. I have called different phone numbers that they put up on there web site and nobody knows what there doing. They just keep putting you off. Very unprofessiona.
