They calculated expenses at first at *****+. Told us that we would probably get some money back. Then after partial treatment wouldnt answer calls to finish! Instead we get a bill for $1744 in the mail and they had not finished doing what they said they would do. We are retired and used some inheritance money to pay so we wouldnt go in debt. Now we are in debt and werent informed we would be and still no top denture after impressions. We went to talk to an office manger and they would not relent on the charges.
After my appointment, while waiting On my ***** it was heavy thunderstorms &Pouring. Staff wouldnt allow me to wait in side for my ***** thus getting drenched.A total stranger drove by and gave me an umbrella.
My son passed away less than 2 months after having extractions done and temporarily dentures. He got sick afterwards never had another appointment and his temp dentures did not fit well. Total bill was ********. I have made several calls several times a week with No return calls on a refund. only saying someone will call you by the end of day. Never happened. No return calls just recordings. This is a disgrace! Aspen dental is DECEPTIVE . Looks like it need to take this a step further. BEWAREOF ASPEN
BUYER BEWARE!! Aspen's billing practices are mean-spirited: no money up front? Then no appointment up front!!! Can you imagine going to the **** dealer for repairs and be told, "Sorry, Mr. ****** but we WON'T look at your car until you ***** down $1000." Well, that's Aspen Dental!! The professional staff doesn't call the shots; the OFFICE MANAGER does. One the most horrible businesses I've had the misery to experience. This company is the moral equivalent of a bail bond business. AVOID IF YOU CAN!!!!!!
I thought I was the only one. Same thing, I have delta dental and they treated it as a discount plan because they said that there a lot of scams out there. OK, so they verified the insurance and still treated it as a discount plan. when the **** reviewed my costs, she just put down a number and circled it, if she would have reviewed the items with me, I would be alerted to this. but I noticed the error on purpose or not later. Disappointing. Why do this if you know you will lose a customer, I don't get it.
The finance lady told me what I needed done. Not the dentist. Would not recommend Aspen Dental in **************, *****. Run far away from them.
My procedure for dentures was in March 6th, 2025. I paid upfront on February 14th. My Delta Dental paid March 20th and April 20th. I am owed a refund if $5000. I have called the dental office and they are clueless. I have called every week since to corporate. They keep telling me that its in processing and to give it a couple of weeks. It is now June! They keep billing me for a procedure that under their contractual agreement with Delta Dental Insurance is not billable to the insured. I went to the Waycross Georgia office where I had the procedures done and the billing person didn't know how to deal with it. I've made several attempts calling their national billing office and the representatives there have no clue what to do either. Poor customer service. Shame on you. Gal on phone said walk in on Saturday so drove an hour and a half to get help to be turned away. Made an appointment for weekday so drove again an hour and a half to find out the appointment was somewhere else that was another hour away. Crazy. Your scheduling help does not know how to do their job. Boo on Aspen Dental.
