Dentures that dont work for a long time. Ive been holding off on writing this but now is the time. This place is the biggest rip off in the world of dentistry. I have probably had about 6 or 7 sets of dentures from them in different places and they all are:have been ill fitting, or break. Some offices cannot fix the damages. My dentures are under a 7 year warranty and good thing because it seems like every few months Im having to ask for a replacement. Appointment was today at the ******************************. I asked BEFORE they pulled 6 teeth if I was going to get real painkillers because I knew I was going to be in excruciating pain. And a real dentist would know this, too. She told me yes. I said I'll need to change my appointment if you won't prescribe pain meds. Again, she said yes. The office is filthy, they lie about everything, overcharge and never seem to get it right. Every root canal will fail. Every filling fails every crown will fall and color never matches your teeth . Biggest rip off in the industry. I would never recommend asspen dintel. To any one. Can't believe they're still in business. The do everything except what you came in for . Just to jack up the cost. The only good thing about this place is the good looking ********* get my pre-auth (***** days, REALLY?!?) funny because I got it back from my Ins. on the 26th of November! I was told to come in today 7/8 and they didn't even have an appt. for me. Hadn't even started on my teeth, even though I Had called my ins the 1st appointment in front of the person and the ins. told them i had a full $1500 available.... waste of my time. Waited months for an appointment in *********. Got there and was handed a bill for almost $500.00 prior to the visit. When I advised them that I had insurance I was informed that they are no longer in network for any insurance. I have the poor man's state insurance. Did they really think I'd just have $500 in my back pocket? In the months that I sat around waiting to be seen they couldn't have notified me? First, the woman you meet at the front desk was rude. Then, they finally called me back and made me sit for 45 minutes with an excruciating toothache so they could work out my bill. I begged them to please numb me while waiting and they would not. Finally got my tooth pulled just to figure out during healing that she left a huge sharp piece of my tooth still in, which is now cutting my tongue. I am so upset because now I will have to find another dentist to cut out the tooth she left in. Absolutely do not go to Aspen dental!

Stay away from them. I paid $5,500 for dentures upper & lower. They hurt me & had me bleeding so bad, and left slivers in my mouth. I heard bones cracking and seemed like that were rushed. I had this done 10 years ago and after going back many numerous times to have my lowers adjusted, I quit going to them because it was never any better! I haven't worn my bottom teeth in 5 years and chop my food up fine just so I can eat it! If you can avoid them, do so at all possible! My Aspen dental office that I go to to me seems like they just keep on wanting you come back before they can get money. I got a pair of dentures from them 6 months ago. They broke on November 11th. I called and the receptionist told me I have to bring them back and be charged again. I think they're just ripping people off and I went to the one in ******************** in wyomissing
