I'm so glad we decided to switch providers. I'm incredibly happy with the care Dr. Palvino took with my puppy Arnold.

I think everyone was really nice and helpful. My only issue was that to get my puppy treated it was very expensive and i felt judged to not want to do that and try some options that were cheaper at home.

Dr. Chris was very attentive to us and our dog. We are 1st time pet owners so we had a lot of questions. He never made us feel as though our questions were not worthy of asking. I highly recommend Austin Vet Hospital.

As always my vet visit was awesome, i am so glad my daughter's vet at west lynn vet told me about u guys, your in my neighborhood and I know all the vets at your hospital are awesome...thank u from Linden and Charlie !!!!

Always pleased - no answers yet on what's wrong with him, but we're confident Dr Palvino will find out why he's losing weight etc-

Brought my cat in to have a lump on his chest checked out. We were seen very quickly. Everyone was courteous and professional. Everyone that handled my cat did so with great care. I would recommend this office to others - they did a great job!

Dr. Dockery is amazing. She's so kind and gentle and knowledgeable. We always feel comfortable coming to AVH even when it's on a bad day.

The vet and vet tech were very gentle and practical and fast! I felt that my kitty was well taken care of.
