Awesome experience at this vet! The pricing is very reasonable here and they were so quick to get an appointment and complete the visit. They treated my cat with lots of love and this is the first time he was so calm during and after a pet visit. Would recommend for reliability and quick check ups.
I've been seeing Dr. DeCiero at Austin Vet Hospital for the last 4 years and she is WONDERFUL. Every tech I've met there is so nice, and they treated my cat very well. We said goodbye to my buddy a few weeks ago but I'll be returning as soon as I have another cat. FYI it is NOT a hospital in the "emergency clinic" definition, it is a veterinary office. I've had to bring my cat in for somewhat urgent appointments and can usually see our vet in a day or two, but it's not an ER
I cannot believe I was able to get in to see a vet within a day of calling. My cat had been shaking her head due to a yeast infection in both ears. Liquid was coming from somewhere. I got in the next day. Well, I was given an appt. but I couldn't get my cat into her carrier. They were graceful and gave me an appt. the next day. When trying to put my cat in the carrier after the visit, it took 2 technicians over 15 minutes. I think they understood why I couldn't make my first appointment. Great place from start to finish. They had appointments available soon, the vet was amazing, the atmosphere was professional, but laid-back. We're sticking with them!!
After looking through Reddit for vet recommendations in Austin, I decided to make an appointment with Austin Vet Hospital after I adopted my first cat. Every time I've visited, the staff have all been super nice from the front desk to the vet techs to Dr. Wade! The space is kept clean and there's a parking lot. I'd definitely recommend!
knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. the administrative side is efficient and friendly. I've seen all the docs and had positive experiences with all. yay AVH!
My dog was having respiratory issues, was taken to a room right away and seen by the vet within minutes.
All three of my dogs receive quality care. Each dog has unique health challenges that are well managed
They are the most caring people, and they really know what they are doing. I trust them completely with my precious babies.
