Austin Vet Hospital continues to take care of our animals and we wouldn't take them anywhere else. The staff are professional, courteous, and most important, you can tell they love animals. We recently took our cat in to have his teeth cleaned and he was going to require four extractions; Austin Vet Hospital called me after the procedure to let me know that two of the four extractions fell out while they were cleaning, so they wouldn't charge me for those two. AVH has been amazing to my furbaby since we moved here five years ago. From annual check-ups & vaccines to teeth cleaning, their staff is warm, kind, and so helpful. I've taken him for three teeth cleanings there now and they are always reasonable with pricing, going over everything in detail. We always have such a great experience at Austin Vet Hospital! Everyone from the front desk staff, to the techs and each vet seem to truly love animals and are so accommodating with our anxious dog (and not so anxious cat). We're fortunate they're in our neighborhood, but even if they weren't, we'd drive across Austin to get them care here.
Amazing experience and speedy care for my pup Oak! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and they recommended ways to help with my fur babes allergies! Appreciate y'all so much!! Highly recommend!
Every person I interacted with was friendly and kind and caring. I took care of my dogs exam and bloodwork and shots efficiently and I loved that they are still not allowing anyone into their clinic other than the free ones.
We absolutely love Austin Vet Hospital! They treat our pup like their own, communicate with us the entire process, are super transparent with options and are really affordable and up front about expected costs. They've gone above and beyond - staying late one day for an emergency appointment. We won't take our dog anywhere else.
I like their hospitality and care for our pups. One thing they need to improve is running tests on the dogs without getting our approval on the cost. I had sticker shock after a visit for tests I wish I knew were being done in the background.

I've been bringing my cats here for 4 years and have always had a stellar experience. The vets and everyone on staff are always friendly and very competent, and they clearly love animals. Their COVID-19 safety protocols are all in place, and I feel perfectly safe while there.
I have taken my pet to Austin Vet Hospital twice now and both times I have been very happy with the visits. They were even able to squeeze me in without an appointment when my pet wasn't feeling well. It's a great relief knowing that I can count on the entire staff to help get my pet feel better.
