I've been bringing my cats here for 4 years and have always had a stellar experience. The vets and everyone on staff are always friendly and very competent, and they clearly love animals. Their COVID-19 safety protocols are all in place, and I feel perfectly safe while there.
I have taken my pet to Austin Vet Hospital twice now and both times I have been very happy with the visits. They were even able to squeeze me in without an appointment when my pet wasn't feeling well. It's a great relief knowing that I can count on the entire staff to help get my pet feel better.
Sweet, kind, fit us in 4 times in a few days when we were freaking out about our ailing cat, then you guys were instantly available when it came time for the end. So helpful. Everyone is so competent, sweet, professional, and best of all: KIND. You helped us so much with our little kitty Siggi. I highly recommend Austin Vet Hospital.

Quick, Friendly, and not too expensive. First visit with my new pup i got in the beginning of the month. I wanted to associate myself with a vet and just go in for a quick checkup to make sure he was okay. This place is down the street from my home so i figured it was best and they had good reviews on google. I walked in and they immediately took me back which was great. I've had nothing but the most incredible experiences here. Even during COVID where everything is exponentially more challenging, every vet, tech, and receptionist I've worked with has been kind, patient, and understanding. I have never had even the slightest inkling to take my dogs anywhere else (even though we live on the south side now, we keep making the drive out!).
Dr. Palvino at Austin Vet Hospital was the most helpful, personable Veterinarian I could have asked for!! I had been to another vet clinic in the Austin area and the Veterinarian made me feel uncomforted throughout the check-up. I was then referred to Austin Vet Hospital and was thoroughly pleased! We loved it. The pup loved it (as much as any pet loves the vet). Dr. Faggioni and Kory were friendly and warm. Front desk staff were swift and friendly. 5 stars all around.
The best! We've had great experiences and they've been great to help our 13 year old dog live a healthy and happy life.
