Austin Vet Hospital is always a great experience. Dr TJ Palvino is amazing with the pups. He literally and figuratively gets on his knees to be at their level and make them feel so comfortable.

I took my new pup to AVH for routine shots this week, and got a request for a rating. These days, we're asked for a rating if we so much as buy a loaf of bread, so I usually don't pay attention but today, I spent my morning coffee time entertaining myself with the negative reviews. I don't want to be unkind - some were truly sad (humans frantic with worry over pets in crisis and lashing out at AVH, IMO) but other reviews were frankly hilarious (dude/dudette, your review - not a good look for you). Wonderful experience on our first visit. Dr Cao and the entire staff took care of everything our newly adopted pup needed and even gave us a "thanks for adopting" exam discount. The hospital is immaculate and well-organized. Very caring people and also efficient, so we spent very little time waiting. Reasonably priced as well, even though that's not my main criteria in a good veterinarian. Thanks y'all!!
They were wonderful at the vet! They fixed my cat and were so compassionate and caring!
