Just adopted a puppy earlier this week and some friends recommended AVH. We had our first vet appointment earlier today and it was such a great experience! Everything from the receptionists, to the vet techs, to the vet themselves was 10/10. The place was clean, parking was ample, staff were friendly and loving, prices were reasonable...can't recommend them enough! Needless to say, we'll be back (but hopefully not too often, ya know)

Can't recommend this place enough. The front office staff are always incredibly professional and helpful in addition to the doctors being great. I brought my cat to AVH for four years throughout her life and they always provided amazing care while also being sensitive to the fact that I was a graduate student with limited income (i.e. always talked about cost up front and provided different options). Austin pet Village Hospital is the best hands down veterinarian group I have ever met . I have been all over the Charlotte region and nobody compares to Austin pet Village Hospital . I have a miniature dachshund who is now 18 and a half years old, he goes on 3:30 minute walks a day , he has an appetite that never quits and thoroughly enjoys his life . Updated review: after initial consult, we set out a dental plan and minor surgery for her initial injury. I dropped her off that morning then picked her up that afternoon and they had to do a little more work than expected but came in UNDER their initial estimate. Not that it would have mattered in terms of what she needed or would have received, but it's great to know they take a careful approach to doing right by pets and owners. Would absolutely use again with confidence for any surgery or dental work.

All of the staff are amazing and so sweet with my dog from the reception to the doctors, nurses, and techs! The facility is incredibly clean and has no animal smell at all. Dr. DeCiero is sweet as can be and so smart and efficient. She made both me and my dog so comfortable while we were there and followed up exactly as she said she would. Highly recommend!

Austin Vet Hospital is great. Very happy with the staff and service received. Dr Cao helped us find the meds our dogs need at a cheaper price, and the vet tech was thorough and likable.

Absolutely love Dr Ashley Somers! We are so happy we found her and feel so secure knowing our puppy is in her care! Her calming, sweet energy was exactly what you want around any animal! Our Vet Tech Colin was awesome as well, love having A&M grads taking care of our babies, they are the best!

The staff is always friendly and helpful here. This visit with Dr. Lott was the least anxious our dog has ever been at the vet. Her calm and caring demeanor put our hound at ease so she could be thorough in her exam. Dr Lott has excellent bedside manner. She is very kind and patient. She took her time to explain all of my options for our dog and took care in answering all my questions so I could make the best decision. Grateful for her expertise!
