BE WARNED Not Impressed. Rep Mike was pushy and dishonest. He changed the % rate offer after I did not initially accept (ok, fairly common practice). He said this would be the best rate I'd get anywhere (and tried to schmooze me with lower payments). I said I'd think on it a few days because I was just considering options right now. Horrable!!! This is the worst company ever!
Horrible Scam advertised a low rate to refi and encourage you to apply, hit you with a hard inquiry on your creditreport and inform you that the low rate does not exist...horrible scam!
Ran Credit Without Authorization Did not ask for my SSN. Ran a credit check without asking for authorization.

Horrible Experience! This is the worst company ever! They told me I was approved to refinance my car but I was required to pay a down-payment. The guys name was David. He told me he would be sending me link to upload my documents. When I called him he said that the refinance company changed their mind and that I would have to wait for the payoff balance to drop down by $900.0 Why did he tell me I was approved!! This is the second time I've dealt with his guy!
Stay away Just wasted almost a month with autopay. They dragged out the process so badly that by the time it was time to get the funding for my refinance they suddenly need me to renew my car insurance that expires 12/1/23 because I need to show I have converage for 90 days. I am unable to renew my police this far ahead and car insurance rates are through the roof with other companies. Now, because of their incompetance I'm back at square 1. Should have listened to the other negative reviews.
Almost like being scammed It's the worst refin experience I've ever had. The rep tried to confuse you with all these terms and numbers, and when you disagree and decline the offer, they hung up the call.
Rude Rep So, I appreciated the offer and the thorough explanation of what would be offered had I selected AutoPay as my new lender. But, my representative was very rude when I stated I didn't think it'd be a good fit for my long-term goals. They began to scold me, saying, "You do know what your score is," and "You'll be calling us back when you get denied," It caught me off guard because I don't think customers should be treated like this.
