HUGE SCAM BEWARE Awful experience I was told my payment was going to be $561 a month and it was actually $591 a month but autopay swore the financing company was wrong. And guess what .... autopay scammed me. They have you sign title/loan papers that have no numbers worked out on them.

Ignored and authorized hard credit pull without co Their customer service is actually horrible, I've never been treated so poorly by a company and felt so ignored. Hidden fees The loan officer was friendly and helpful but for people looking to build their credit we don't know all the ins and outs of the loan process. I trust credit karma to steer me in the right direction so I'm a bit disappointed in them as well. There is a large lenders fee mine was $4,000 I didn't realize this until credit karma showed the amount I borrowed. Waste of time, false promises I had been receiving letters from Autopay for months to refinance my car. The last letter I received stated I was preapproved to save $164 monthly, so I figured great let me give it a shot. I put in an application and received an approval message within a few hours. I was unable to see what I was approved for online. I tried calling the number I was instructed to call and kept reaching a voicemail. Awsome Team Cheyenne and Autopay was absolutely wonderful! She listened to me and she took my concerns about my recent auto loan and fixed everything that I needed fix. Bunch if Liars These people are fake. I had a 5.25% loan, which is about average. They offered 3.74 and I hit accept offer. They came back with all they could offer was 5.24. Meanwhile I get a hard hit to my credit. Dont fall for their lies. They are nothing but liars

Terrible unhelpful finance comonay Genuinely one of the worst company’s I’ve ever worked with. No one is helpful there. If you ever refinance with a different company from these guys, be prepared for them to loose your title or for it to at least take a whole year before they send it over. Their excuse is “we’re behind”. You will never get anyone on the phone that’s helpful. It’s actually pretty unbelievable

just sad Like the other review below. I received a letter through the mail that I am pre-approved. I know it is not a guarantee but pre-approve to me is you already reviewed my credit and my loan because I did apply before that there is a good chance I can get approved :( I was really excited because a lower payment will be so much better right. So, yeah I did receive an email a few weeks later after I keep calling to follow up. and it also knock down my points :(

I had fast, courteous service from Autopay! dtapia@autopay.com was excellent. She helped me upload my paperwork the same day. It took about two weeks to get everything finalized which I think is pretty good & fast! I recommend them!
