Worse experience ever. Would not recommend this company. I was promised I would be approved, lied to and dragged through the process for almost a month. Finally received a letter from the lender saying I was not approved for my refinance. What a joke.
UNHAPPY AND DISAPPOINTED What they don't tell you in the advertising is the length of the loan. Sure they lowered my interest rate and monthly payment but in the end I would end up paying more then what I will pay at the end of my current loan
Didn’t work to get me the best offer at all Credit Karma should never advertise for this product/company. What was advertised based on my credit was totally different then what was offered. A complete waste of my time
Doc fees wipe out interest savings Was looking to save a little with an $8k balance at 8.9%. Offered a rate under half that rate but the “doc fees” were 2/3 of what I would have saved in interest. Worse yet, the fee wasn’t broken down until I asked why the payments totaled as much as they did. Probably ok if you have a higher balance but lack of fee disclosure before application leaves me with an inquiry for two years that was unneeded.
SCAM I sent all of my information out to this company and threw away $300 only for them to say I wasn't approved. I have called several times and nobody can help me. I don't want their service I just want my money back

Zero Transparency, Unprofessional Customer Service Was pre-approved for a reduction in my monthly payment from 212 down to 179. Filled out the application and all throughout the process the company acted liked everything was fine. Finally got a message that I was approved and customer service rep reached out to have me call. When I did call I was informed that the loan they approved for me was in fact at a worse interest rate and higher monthly payment than the loan I currently had. No communication period! Was hoping this company would help me refinance my truck loan and lower my payments but they didn't even message me back about getting approved. That to me is bad business.
Stay away…. First they send me text message, a text message (who does that) to tell me I’ve been approve and please call them. They follow that up with an email. Not once did they call me. So I call and get the persons voicemail. I leave a message and call the CS line. This person didn’t know anything. They didn’t know if the 1st person that called was still in the office or what time they left for the day. They also couldn’t give me the terms of the loan I was approved for.
