Proceed with caution. Bait and switch. After seeing the advertisement on credit karma I filled out their form. Like others, they lured me in, got all my personal information, hard inquiry, then dropped me stating I declined their offer. Absolutely not what happened. Crappy company service What a scam. I filled out the form on line after I received a letter to refi. I got an email that stated that it was in process. Later I got a text saying that it was approved and to call or text, I sent a text asking them to send me the info via an email or text, no response. The next day I got an email stating that I did not follow up the stipulations and that they could not do the refi. WHAT? I got no info that I needed to do anything. Enormous waste of time Turned my loan application down and couldn't even give me a reason why. 720 credit score, making $50k a year and been paying over the minimum amount for over a year with another loan servicer but still got turned down? And without a reason?? All of that work on my part just so this company could get all of my personal information for free and give me nothing in return. This is an awful, irreputable company that is not worth ANYONEs time. I hope they implode.

False Advertising With a credit score in the high 700’s was told I prequalified for a 3.5% rate only to learn that in the end my rate would be almost exactly what we have now. This process only hurt my credit score by having a hard inquiry, what a joke, credit Karma should drop these folks fast.

Pointless and just lowered my credit score Lured me to apply for the refinance but after I submit my application, the rate is significantly higher than listed. Also, the loan personnel, Trevon is rude and unwilling to help you.

Horrible It took over a month to refi my vehicle and I still have not refi with them. The rep went MIA for 3 weeks, the customer service was horrible.

OK process... but watch the Bait-N-Switch rate! The process wasn't terrible... just follow ALL instructions carefully. I can't recommend due to the Bait-N-Switch on the interest rate. I was "approved" for a 4% loan but as soon as they hard-pulled my credit the rate went up to 6%... why!?! It should be noted that I have an 800 credit score and make plenty of money, with only a small mortgage and auto loan for debt. Absolutely no reason to bump my rate by 50%!! Horrible Communication / No offer "Outstanding approval odds" Says I will likely get a 4% interest rate, half what I currently have. Go through all the paper work, phone calls, etc, they say they'll call me with my offer. No communication, I call back a day later and they say oh we couldn't find a better rate than your current loan so we weren't going to contact you. Don't use Autopay car loans They have extra fees that actually make there low interest rates not so low. They give you a low rate then add fees which means your total owed is higher not saving as much as you could by going with someone like Caribou
