Not good at all Lots of miscommunication. New loan company said they have my auto loan but the old company said they still have it. Come to find out from the new company manager that auto pay has not sent the payoff check to the old company. Sent emails to auto pay no response. Made several calls to auto pay. No one is available to take your call. Tried to call the lady at auto pay that I have dealt with, no answer. So I say do not use auto pay
Bad experience I sent them my information twice and twice they said they didn’t receive it, even though I proved that it was delivered to them. In the meantime I was also told that they could not improve on my current and they would complete the refinance once I sent my information a third time.
Deceptive and self serving Deceptive business practices. I went with another company with a little higher interest rate because even though my interest rate was cut in half I was going to be paying more. Why? Because products that I didn’t want were added to the loan. Do the math and review documents thoroughly before proceeding. Don’t let the broker fast talk you into a bad deal.
Be careful ! Dishonest and False information. Be careful ! Their employees are dishonest and won't provide accurate information. They will try to oversell you non refundable and unwanted car warranty and useless vehicle maintenance contracts. Staff is dishonest
Not responsive I completed the application was told that it was approved. Attempted to call the lender and the automated system states "this phone does not accept phone calls". No one called to followup nor to complete the process
Do not waste your time! Received an offer to refinance my vehicle saving $166 a month and decreasing my interest rate by 11%, so I went to get the offer and after entering all my information they were only offering a 5% decrease in my rate and only a $45 savings a month. No thanks. What a joke
Stay away will hit your credit score It is all a lie from the beginning. Will hit your credit score hard/ I was asked 8 K to refinance/ stay away
Careless Company! Everything seemed difficult from the start. The communication was good at first, I asked some questions, and apparently they thought this meant something different than what it was, just a question. This delayed and then there were more delays, and then some more delays. A few more delays later, life happens, and there was no loan made, after being approved, and getting their documents signed 2 times.
Did not get the APR I was quoted. Did not get the APR I was quoted. Signed me up for gap insurance and a maintenance policy I did not agree to $3500. Did not return my messages when I called about it.
