Longer than getting a mortgage funded Are you kidding me?? They don’t disclose this until AFTER they run a hard hit on your credit. Their “approval process” takes 24-48 hours. That’s what they tell you up front. But then after they run your credit, they told me I’m approved, but it takes 30-60 DAYS to get the loan funded!!! You can buy a house faster then that! Who has time to get financing on a car they want to buy and wait 2 months before driving it off the lot?!
Deceptive company My first question was are there any fees involved. I was told the only fee is the title transfer which varies per state. I looked mine up and it was $49.00. After many phone calls, documents sent and a credit inquiry they put a $449.99 document fee on. Lied to me up front and wasted a lot of my time.
Terrible , should be shut down Terrible, seemed like a scam. They ran Hard credit check without even seeing what was own on the vehicle then they got back at me saying that I had to give a huge down payment. Most of the work can be done by yourself going through the bank
Extremely Long Process & No Communication After two weeks of jumping through the typical hoops of trying to get refinanced with AutoPay I have finally given up and will deny the loan if it ever decides to come through after reading about all the hidden fees they add. Six months, still no title! The rate was great, initial service was spotty. Now, six months later and I STILL do not have my title!
No customer contact First they are a broker they txt and delayed the process
Poor I asked to switch loan specialists early in the process due to poor communication (we’re in different time zones). The loan specialist went out of her way to call me out on the fact that I mentioned poor communication and continues to go out of her way to undermine me and has a matter of fact attitude. Hard enquiries I thought it was going to be one hard enquiry from this company for a refi. They sent my info and it turned out to be four different companies hitting my credit and instantly knocking my score down. One company ran my credit report twice three days apart. I wish I would’ve known before doing this as I am trying to build my credit. Now Im going to get turned down for too many hard enquiries. So dissatisfied and not fair.
Horrible Told me I could save 13 thousand dollars on my truck payments and sends me stuff in the mail I applied two days later after I applied they denied me
