Atrocious Customer Service SCAM SCAM SCAM Big promises of "we have you PRE-approved for your auto refinance!" I bite and send them my information. 3 hard hits later they want to know what my goals are in refinancing? "I want the deal I was preapproved for!" DO NOT BITE. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
Waste of time. Worked with Kevin Barrett for a few days, he came back today and told me he found me a better rate. The "better" rate that he found was exactly the same as my current rate. Lol...what? What a waste of time and waste of a credit pull. Don't try and refinance through these people, they don't seem very competent and apparently completely forget what interest rate you already have...
Autopay is slimy Tried to trick me into agreeing to a deal that had over $1000 of hidden bs in it and instead of being honest/transparent tried to present it like I was getting this great refi deal and it even includes “roadside assistance” and “engine protection” but guess what?! When I asked what my quote would be like without the roadside assistance and engine protection (that I didn’t want and didn’t ask for) then there was some dancing around. NOPE! Was approved, got the terms, signed and notorized documents, then was told we can't help you after all after waiting a month. Go somewhere else!

don’t waste your time. Please do it waste your time with Autopay. Tried them in Nov and again this month. No one returns phone calls. I got a text from a “specialist” stating that my refinance was finalized but I would need to pay a downpayment. Never responded to my text nor will Autopay send me the details. Several hard inquiries from different companies that lowered my credit score, which at the beginning was only promised to lower it 2-3 points. Credit Karma should not be recommending this company.
beware This is the only credit company that I provided my information to in the past two years. Two days later, my bank flagged my information as being found on the dark web. I have multiple inquires that I did not make. I had to lock my credit reports and add fraud alerts. In addition, the loan I was offered was yes, a lower rate, with a longer payoff period. I would leave zero stars if possible! Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I was approved, but never got any other information and the only reason I knew I was approved is because I kept checking. I called, emailed and texted number it’s times and never got any information. I was always directed to whoever was managing my account and had to leave a message. I’ve never received a call back or anything in the mail. Don’t waste your time or a ding on your credit score!
