Long process with poor communication. This process began back in the beginning of December. I was told I was approved and everything was good to go 11 days ago. Only to be told today 1.31.22 that they needed to do a hard pull on my credit report and it was my fault. I said ok to the pull, only to have my loan processor reach out to me two hours later with the same question. I withdrew my application. Terrible I applied for a auto loan refinance with Autopay. It started off simple enough, but later turned into a nightmare. I was paired with a bank, and the loan was processed. Later I realized my original lienholder had not been paid. After contacting the new lender, I was told basically it’s not their problem and to contact Autopay directly. Not a good experience. My loan agent made things very difficult and unnecessarily stressful by not being clear on the process and not answering or returning phone calls. It was easier shopping for and buying my car then refinancing it.
Scam, badgering, not listening They at least got within 1% of my best offer so that's the only positive that they get for the one star. However I Have now told them 6 plus times to 6 different people (so far, its been <4 hours) from their company to stop contacting me and they still continue.. This has to be a scam I would never use this company or recommend it to anyone else again. So glad I didn't get started with them!
A total waste of time A complete waste of time if you have bad credit and are stuck in a high interest loan with your present loan company. They suck you in by offering you great terms and a big reduction to your interest rate if you send them pay stubs, drivers license, etc. giving them all your personal information. After receiving that, they come back and wanted me to put a down payment for the $14,000 loan of $7,400. If I did that I would then be offered a 60 month loan at $388 a month. Sucked would not use again Scumbags add 4000 more to my loan didn’t say anything about it then try to call and no answer or call back
They sell warranties They were only interested in selling me a warranty for my engine. My Lexus is in great shape and has 100K miles. I declined to take the warranty and they wouldn't do the loan. Plus the warranty had a 48K mile limit.
Terrible Saw the recommendation for this place. Our current interest was 17.64. They got it dropped to 10.00% it took almost 3 weeks to get this done. Documents getting lost having to send duplicate things. Just to get our monthly payment dropped 50 bucks. Not impressed. Won’t recommend them to anyone.
Sneaky company WATCH OUT FOR HIDDEN FEES. MY NEW LOAN IS A 1700 DIFFERENCE FROM PAYOFF AMOUNT.
