Warning: We canceled our service during the free trial period and returned the equipment. I noticed that the credit for returning the equipment did not come through on our credit card. I called Bay Alarm, and they processed the refund based on my call, it seemed like a standard process for them, even though the refund was to occur when they received the equipment. It seemed like they would not have refunded had I not called. If you cancel and return, watch for your refund.
Rep was very helpful and explained exactly what was coming in the mail. He also included a form that I had requested earlier which had failed to arrive. I have used Bay Alarm for years now, andit has come in VERY HANDY multiple times, as I fall a lot. They have always called, and sent out EMS when necessary, and have always been dependable and nice. I wouldn't think of changing!
Excellent service. I get an email every time there's any service outage (power, phone, etc). My mother has successfully used Bay Alarm twice to call an ambulance.

We signed up with Bay Medical for my elderly mom. This last call to customer service was amazing. They had gotten a few things wrong and I had tried to correct them twice in the past but was unsuccessful. I had to call them again and this time the customer service rep got everything straightened out and was fantastic. He went above and beyond and I really appreciate all of his help.
Got a "low battery" notification, which is a great tool. My mother is using the equipment, so this is a great way for me to monitor the status of the battery from **** miles away. However when she initially called, she was told her necklace needed replacing as it was a low battery. We have only had the service for 9 months and I was told it would last 2-3 years.
